On the way back from the beach this morning I ran into about 3 roadblocks and had to detour around most of 402 - they had it blocked off starting at the Kennedy Pkwy intersection. I had to take the Max Brewer Memorial Pkwy (406) up to where it intersected 402. They had the road closed off in both directions for about 45 minutes until this convoy passed over the bridge heading towards KSC carrying some very large structure. My best guess is that the semi-circular indentation is designed so that the platform can fit around either a part of the SLS rocket or Orion spacecraft. Whatever it was must have been very important; they even had aerial coverage for the convoy.
Upon further investigation I'm almost certain that this is one of the new platforms being installed in the VAB to process the large SLS rocket. Compare the shape of the shadow it casts to this picture:

Though not visible in the video, the T24 images from February show the Centaur as a series of dots rather than a solid line if you zoom in:

This is due to the rocket stage tumbling, changing how much light it reflects towards earth very rapidly. The same phenomenon causes the "flashing" of the other Centaur stage I showed earlier in the video.

Analysis of the orbit of long period comet C/2013 A1 Siding Spring during its close approach to Mars in October 2014. Mars is within the uncertainty region for the comet's position, and as a result there is a real but small chance of impact with this comet at about 56km/sec (!) on October 19th, 2014.
