One of the greatest benefits this offers isn’t going on a journey to some mystical place, it’s the way our perception is transformed to finally see the magical reality that is here and now.
When we experience what meditation has to offer, we know it can make an impact. It can create lasting happiness. That’s why Dave wanted to share the skills that helped him to transform with others. After finding pleasure and happiness within, the natural next step is to want others to feel the same.
By going within, Dave found deeper layers of the world that we all perceive on the day-to-day. And, more importantly, he realised that everyone can do the same if they apply the correct practice. Humans are amazing, and the potential we have is almost unbelievable. There's much more out there than we know, and the answers are within.

The Buddha had his sangha, the original SQUAD GOALS. The sangha was a squad of your spiritual homies, all on the path together, levelling up together, and supporting each other. ⠀
This is underrated, having the right people around you.
Nobody is self-made, we are always getting feedback, input, or ideas rubbing off on us from the people around us - make sure they're good ideas. @ink_pray_love learned that the hard way by having the wrong people around him. Eventually, he found out how important having the right sangha around him was in order for him to succeed in life.
Based on @The_Yogi_Lab squad around him, his dad said he hit the jackpot.

That's a part of life.
How we recover from those losses is what matters.
We can't be afraid of making mistakes because that would become a fear of taking risks.
Have you ever heard of people failing their way to success? It's because they learned enough about what not to do, that they were sure to succeed because of the knowledge they gained along the way. Effective people learn from mistakes, ineffective people repeat their mistakes.
This is also relevant to relationships. Once you go through a break up, don't be upset you wasted your time - be happy you learned that mentally unstable tantra teachers are bad for your life. Knowledge is power.
