First Pole 2017 - NEW Pole Setup FINALLY! (Edited Music)
Brand new pole setup I decided to test out and play with lighting options while breaking in the newest boots too ;) Working on retraining myself with pole, getting my pole dancer body back as well as my splits after my leg/muscle injury. Felt good just to turn on music, lights and dance! My therapy! *Had to do some editing music wise due to copyright restrictions causing the original video to be blocked or restricted in certain areas and on devices. Hopefully this is more compatible now * ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUDePgL0yac

Another late night practice.
Lighting sucks because of having no natural light so I tried to lighten it abit.
What can ya do when the only time you have to practice is night time right?!
I've recorded quite a few new videos, just haven't had time to go through them and upload them.......someday.

After being unable to pole for almost 2 weeks due to being down and out and sick for about 5 of those days then busy with work the other days. I FINALLY had some pole time which I needed!!
I had an interview for a Pole Instructor position at a local studio so I needed to dust off the rust before hand lol.
In case you're wondering, YES I got the job!! I'm so excited and can't wait. I will be working at 2 studio locations teaching classes as well as doing events and performances! =) Not a bad start to the new year, 1 goal/dream achieved.

June 11th, 2009 practice. Started off just wanted to do a dance to my favorite Alice In Chains song....then turned into a test of what I could do lol. I decided to try the Twisted Grip which I got for a second lol. Also decided I'd give it a go at the Holly Drop & Spinning Scorpio. I even attempted to try the death lay....first time though I chickened out being that close to the ceiling hehe. Second time I just had no strength left and was at the point where all I was doing was sliding down the pole.

First pole dance of the New Year! Happy 2016 everyone.
Finally about 100% recovered from a torn muscle in my left leg that I've been dealing with for a year! Feels good to be back on the pole even though I'm not as strong or flexible as I was.
