Okay, hopefully this video works better. I was using a new system before, and it totally messed up my video
I apologize for the heavy breathing. The Texas weather can’t make up its mind as usual, and it’s causing my sinuses to flare up.
Anyway, you CAN all feel free to use my designs and, while credit is appreciated, it is NOT necessary. I’m not one of those people. I grew up during a time when art was an expression, NOT property. For the record, NO ONE owns art. NO ONE owns color schemes. About the only thing someone can “own” is an original character, and even then I guarantee you it was inspired by someone or something. I get my inspiration for the designs on my figurines from the Warriors Wiki, the Ultimate Guide, the Mangas, Multi-Animator Projects (MAPs), AMVs, PMVs, anime, pictures of real cats from Google, the feral cats that run around my apartment complex, etc. Basically, I get inspiration from everywhere as most, if not all, artists do. I wanted to give my figurines a realistic/anime look, especially when it came to their eyes. I also like to add as much detail as possible, hence why I redesigned Brightheart.
Also, I didn’t start out as a good artist. It took years of practice, and I started with pencil and paper. My mother was a single mother who worked really hard and, therefore, didn’t want me “messing” up my toys by painting or modifying them, which makes sense. So, I started making my own models with play doh. Then, I moved on to oven clay (because I didn’t know air dry clay was a thing). Once I discovered air dry clay, I started making my own characters out of that. So, if some reason you are unable to make customs, just remember you can always make your own with clay, or draw them on paper. It is really good practice and, for the most part, inexpensive.

So, these are the updated designs for Jayfeather, Lionblaze and Hollyleaf. There are artists in the Warriors community who have illustrated Hollyleaf as a black and orange tortie because this would be her genetically accurate appearance. Thus, I did the same because I like the idea. Lionblaze is a lighter ginger as Leafpool would technically be a brown and light ginger tortie. This is assuming that Sandstorm is a brown and light ginger tortie as well. Plus, in Graystripe's Vow, Lionblaze is said to have a similar pelt to Sandstorm. The paint used on him was a light golden color. Jayfeather was inspired by numerous designs in the Warriors community and some of the feral cats that live around here. I wanted the brown in his fur to match Leafpool's as a nod to his heritage. Most gray tabbies have some brown on their faces, chests, underbellies, tails and legs. Several artists in the Warriors community have illustrated this when designing Jayfeather. Their stripes are based on real-life pictures of cats with just a pinch of some artistic creativity. Hey everyone! First, I drill a hole in the cat's mouth, or head using the Dremel tool. Then I place the magnet into the mouth and carefully super glue it in using The Original Super Glue brand. Then, I recreate the muzzle using air dry clay. I then smooth it out. Then I paint using Folk Art or Americana brand paint.
