diy cool tool- $1 headlamp for camping auto repair home repair
I made a video last week on a cool tool you could make for a dollar which was a magnetic wristband to hold tools or metal objects using a magnet and a dollar store bandage. This week I am making a headlamp from the same bandage and some nylon strap and Velcro. You probably already own a great flashlight. If you do the cost for this project will be less than a dollar in raw material. I love the Cree models that use rechargeable batteries, it's probably the best flashlight I have ever had. Now I can use the same light on a headband to make my own DIY headlamp. Hope you like the video. I add new stuff every week, I have been making videos for the last ten years and have over 550 videos on my channel, a lot of playlists and feature some interesting people on my channel that I like a lot. Don't forget to check out my Amazon store.
My breakfast takes about 60 seconds to make. It's delicious. I have been eating the same breakfast for over 30 years.
I forgot to add the sunflower seeds. The most important parts are the Apple oats and a tiny amount of powdered nonfat milk. Everything else is optional. The pan of oats lasts for days. Nothing is quicker to cook THAN OATS. I boil the water add the oats turn off the heat put on the lid and forget about it.
You may convince yourself you don't have time to eat breakfast but there is no excuse for not having time to make breakfast. Eating food is a biological requirement. If you have no time to eat food is something wrong in your life?

It is pretty amazing what you can make with an old tin can, a hammer, and a nail. With material and tools as simple as those you can turn old cans into lights and luminaries as simple and rustic or as fancy and artistic as you desire. The results are very satisfying for the time, cost and effort needed. I made a short video of some of the best examples of tin can lights and luminaries to inspire you to start using something you would normally throw away. This can be a very simple project even the kids can enjoy.
Most people use a sharp nail or punch or awl to make the holes but you can also use a Dremel to make more varied shapes. You need to back up the can with wood or freeze water and sand or sawdust in the can so you will not bend the metal when punching the holes.
To make it easy you can print out designs and attach them to the cans to use as a template or pattern.
instead of candles, you can switch to LED or other electric bulbs which will provide much more intense patterns being cast in the dark.
I hope you are inspired and have fun.

If an expensive collectible item came in a cardboard box, you can often sell that empty box for a huge amount of money and purchase it for very little as most people have no idea empty boxes are worth anything.
Do a search on ebay for " Box Only" and see the hundreds of listings that are selling for large amounts of money.
I hope this tip helps. I have a lot more videos coming on unusual big buck items anyone can find and resell on ebay.

I forgot to add the powdered milk to the 1/2 cup of water so there is no milk in this corn bread. I have never made corn bread without milk before. I was not sure how it was going to tatste.
On a scale of 1 to 10 with a 10 being the best I would give this batch about a 6. It was not bad, the texture was good, it was fairly moist, but I have had better flavor.
The other day I made a batch of corn bread in the sandwich toaster that had fish and onions and it turned out to be one of the best corn bread I ever ate. So I was expecting more today.
You don't have to add molasses or raisins but if you do the bread or muffins will be a lot more moist.
I keep the jar of molasses in a small tuna can to catch the drips.
I hope you like the sandwich toaster videos. I love how I can make a batch in the sandwich toaster and experiment and not heat up the house using the oven and it is very quick too.
I am thinking that this corn bread can be sliced in half and put in a regular toaster and add cream cheese and jelly or jam to it to make a very nice breakfast treat.
I will be adding a lot more different experiments.
Ingredients
1 cup self rising corn bread mix
1/2 cup milk
1/8 cup oil
1 tablespoon molasses
1 egg
raisins to please

I like to buy used Golden Book Encyclopedias for under $20 on eBay as gifts for pre school or grade school kids in my family. The Encyclopedias are outdated as far as the text goes, but only in a few areas, but the important thing to note is they have over 6000 amazing color illustrations that draw the young reader into the story. If your kids have not started reading yet, or are just beginning, these books make an excellent gift.
My parents bought us Golden Book Encyclopedias when we were children and it is amazing how much information I learned from reading them that I still remember.
Once your kids develop the reading habit you can get them a Kindle, but this cheap set of encyclopedias is a great bargain and inducement in getting your kids interested in books and reading.
Thanks for watching. I add more videos every week.
I prefer the 1960 version of the Golden book encyclopedia which I have been finding on ebay in good condition for $20 and less.
If you like my videos and go to Amazon to buy anything today, if you use the link below it will take you to Amazon and anything you buy they will give me a small percentage which helps me keep making videos.

This a parody. It might even be called a reaction video. At any rate, I do not own the video, which is from the movie Downfall, only the close-captioned narration, which is kinda the point of the video.
I made a recipe for this weeks Friday food video and was not 100% happy. It was a canned seafood video. Chef Buck and camera Girl had made a clam pizza video and got me going over how cheap the canned clams were so I bought a case of Bumblebee canned clams on amazon for about $20. https://amzn.to/3iSUoVm Since I have been making fish cakes for years I used a similar recipe for my clam cakes but was not totally happy.
instead of posting the video with a disclaimer about the final results and recommended changes I thought I would have fun showing a reaction video to my canned clam video.
If I get enough viewers wanting a clam cake video maybe I will edit and post it for next Friday.
I hope you all are taking your vitamin D3 and staying happy and getting your mind right. Stay loose and hang in there.

I recently discovered a site (radio.garden) that allows listeners to explore thousands of world radio stations for free. radio.garden is cool as you get to see where the stations are on the globe. As you move the cursor around the globe it will play the radio station as the cursor goes over the station location. Users can also save their favorites and search for stations and prominent popular similar stations are identified.
As if I did not already have too many distractions on the web. I find the radio garden to be a pleasure to find unusual music to listen to while working from home.
if you are interested in the unusual, I have a wide variety of over 1000 videos I have made in the last 14 years and YouTube loves it when viewers binge-watch or listen to a creator's content. You might like to listen to my story video playlist or comedy playlist, many of the videos are from other YouTubers I enjoy. some people enjoy listening to my cooking videos too.
If you use Sound.garden and find stations you like a lot leave the names of them in the comment section.

if yo use your printer a lot, adding a CIS system to your printer will save you a lot of money over time. The best way to find out if your printer can use a CIS System is not from manufacturers of your printer, or even on forums, but to check on Amazon or eBay to see if a CIS System is sold for your model.
here is a link to the CIS systems sold for my Epson Artisan 700 printer.

My favorite low-cost watch is easily the Timex Indiglo. A Timex will never impress anyone. Timex, unfortunately, has a reputation as a very cheap watch. On the other hand, Timex is generally very robust and keeps very good time. Most importantly, Timex holds the patent to the electroluminescent technology known as Indiglo.
I get a kick out of the Indiglo watch and the way the whole face lights up in the dark.
Another nice thing about Timex is most of their watches are of average size. So many men's watches currently are quite large. They almost look like flotation devices people attach to their children.
If you go on eBay you can find plenty of decent Timex Indiglo watches for close to $10.
I can't think of many other things I can buy for $10 that will last as long and give me more satisfaction.
