And yet, essential verbs like “avoir” or “to have” “faire” or “to do/make” and “aller” which means “to go” can actually have a profound impact on how you use the language. After all, verbs are an integral part of your conversations, and knowing how to use them properly can go a long way in communicating in a new language.
In this helpful video lesson, you’ll learn to use French verbs to boost your written and spoken communication skills. French teacher Roman N. will show you the basics of regular and irregular verbs, and how to tell the difference. You’ll see how these verbs may have the same endings in their infinitive forms, but that when you begin conjugating them, they’ll have different endings that will need to be memorized.

In 2006, Angela moved to Georgia and began working at The Georgia School for the Deaf, GSD. She also had the unique opportunity to attend an intense ASL Immersion Course at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC., the world’s only university in which all programs and services are specifically designed to accommodate deaf and hard of hearing students.
