October 8, 2015: At rehearsal today, one of my bandmembers brought in a small stash of Barbra Streisand albums he got for me at a local shop. I totally had a fan girl moment. Holding the albums reinforced WHY it is important to have the people who inspire you around you all the time. June 28, 2015: The past two days have been an amazing whirlwind of good energy since the Supreme Court's ruling for marriage equality on Friday, 06-25-15. Seeing the social media outpouring of emotion as friends express their amazement at finally being able to marry their partner has been incredible!
