METRA Heritage Corridor - Brighton Park to Joliet Texas Eagle Rear View (GoPro)
Video taken from the rear of Amtrak Train #21, the Texas Eagle, as it runs from Brighton Park crossing to Joliet on the Metra (aka CN, aka Alton) Heritage Corridor route to Joliet. This line is mostly used by Amtrak Lincoln Corridor service as well as a few peak period Metra trains.
Featured in this video is Corwith interlocking where the ATSF line crosses at grade into Corwith Yard and the Belt Railroad of Chicago crossing. My train was delayed at Corwith due to conflicting traffic and some MoW work in the town of Lamont. All in all my train was delayed by 30 minutes just 20 miles outside of Chicago :-(
