It is in German , basically ordinary Folks going for a"Walk" a different form of Protest in Pirna a small town near Dresden . Police trying to block them in and people getting angry that they can't walk in there own town . While all the rights are taken away and all kinds of draconian rules imposed. In my humble opinion this is the beginning of the "Wende 2.0" or you can call it the Turning point 2.0 like the over throw of the East German Government in 1989. Some of the chantings are schaemt euch=shame on you and Wiederstand= Resistance.
