Pei Pa Koa Hot Honey Tea ~ Cafe Recipe ~ In this video I will show you how to make a tasty Bubble Tea Shop rendition of a Hot Pei Pa Koa Tea. This recipe is a Mocktail recipe that uses the famous Chinese cough syrup, great for a sore throat, and it is Vegan friendly too! Welcome to my Cafe Winter Recipes Collection: Tried & Tested drinks I served in my Bubble Tea (Boba) shops during the cold winter months. All of these recipes were a Big Hit - so feel free to add them to your own menu! Recipe Yields 350ml (USA 12 ounces) Ingredients: ❤️ 1 Tbps Honey (I used set honey as it's less messy) ❤️ 1 Tbsp Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa (Chinese cough syrup) ❤️ 200ml Hot Water ❤️ 100ml strong brewed Jasmine Green tea ❤️ Stir all ingredients together ❤️ At home I like to drink it out of a cleaned out Pei Pa Koa jar. ? If you'd like to make this as a cold bubble tea, only put in 100ml of the hot water (instead of 200ml), and after you stir the green tea in too, add a lot of ice into the shaker and shake well for 1-minute.
