There is more to fitness than just fixation on our physical body. We practice "mindful" fitness that promotes harmony between body, Qi and mind. Our weekly "Gym for the Mind" combines Yoga-like exercises, Qi therapy, abdominal breathing, sitting/standing meditation and Yogi Bodhidharma's Yi Jin Jing.
