Oj Srbijo, Mila Mati - Anthem of the Serbian Government of National Salvation
I own nothing, all credits go to FBIV. Original description below.
The Government of National Salvation was the second state implanted by Germany on Serbia during the war, the first being the Commissioner Government, who was later forced to resign because of the need of a stronger government to halt partisans and chetniks, who started as an ally, but later turned their backs to the Yugoslav people. Milan Nedić, the head of this state, preached an intense fight against partisans, jews, gypsies and later, in 1941, the Chetniks, an anti-Axis paramilitary group. He also accepted many Serbian and Slovene refugees, which mostly came from Croatia, under the rule of the Ustashe, who tried to vanish the Serbian people from Croatia and Bosnia.
Lyrics:
PS.: A huge "Thank you" to my friend, Zdravko, for helping me with the lyrics. You're the best dude!
PPS: Freely translated in some stanzas, so the translation may not say exactly what the lyrics do, but I assure that the meaning is intact

The San Marco Division was the first one to start training after the betrayal of the King and his rats, and together with the XªMAS, was one of the most iconic divisions of the Social Republic.
It existed before, since the Risorgimento as the San Marco Battalion, and still exists today with this same name. It bring the name of Venice's patron saint, Saint Mark (who is also my patron Saint, as dictates my boiling venetian blood.).
Lyrics:
Popol d'Italia avanti avanti
bagna nel mar le tue bandiere,
gente di mille primavere
l'ora dei forti suonerà.
Stretto il patto con la morte
chiusa in pugno abbiam la sorte,
sui leoni l'abbiam giurato,
sull'eterna libertà, la libertà.
San Marco! San Marco!
cosa importa se si muore
quando il grido del valore
con i fanti eterno sta!
Arma la prora o marinaio,
vesti la giubba di battaglia,
per la salvezza dell'Italia
forse doman si morirà.
Come a Lissa, così a Premuda
lotteremo a spada nuda,
sui leoni l'abbiam giurato,
sull'eterna libertà, la libertà.
San Marco! San Marco!
cosa importa se si muore
quando il grido del valore
con i fanti eterno sta!

That's the 5th SS Panzer Division's version of the well-known "Teufelslied", aka "SS Marschiert". This SS division was composed by volunteers of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Estonia, so it was called "SS Wiking", given that the majority of its soldiers were norsemen.
Lyrics:
På vikingtokt til fremmed land
dro menn av nordisk ætt,
på kongeskip sto mann ved mann
av Hirden kamp beredt.
Til Grønland og Island og Hjatland,
gikk ferden på langskip mot vest,
i Frankrike, Irland og England,
var nordmannen ubuden gjest.
Ja, fienden de måtte vike,
selv paven han tapte sin makt!
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha.
Og her i gamle Oslo by
Står Vikingkorpset frem.
Se baunene lyser fra fjellet
Bærer bud om den nye tid.
Og baunenes lys skal fortelle
om hirdmenn som fylkes til strid.
Ja, fienden atter skal vike,
selv paven han tapte sin makt!
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha.

The ROA, aka Vlasov Army, was a regiment of anti-bolshevik russians, mostly White Army veterans under command of former Red Army member General Andrey Vlasov, who swore allegiance tho the Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia, a white, german-sponsored Government in Exile of the White Russians, who aimed to:

2 - Discontinuate the war and sign an honorable peace with Germany
3 - Create a new free people's political system without Bolsheviks and Exploiters"
The ROA was notable for their deeds againt the Reds in the East, and fought until they were captured by the Red Army in Prague, 1945, in the very last breath of the Axis, fighting bravely to the bitter end.

The Imnul legionarilor cazuti (or Cantecul legionarilor cazuti ) is a song dedicated to the Iron Guard and Romanian nationalists. It is unknown when exactly it was written.
It was written by Simion Lefter.
Lyrics:
Plânge printre ramuri luna,
Noptile-s pustii,
Caci te-ai dus pe totdeauna,
Si n-ai sã mai vii.
Pe cararile umblate
Denoi te-am catat,
Te-au uitat pân-astazi toate,
Si ai tai te-au uitat.
Numai vântul mai suspina,
Dulcele tau cânt,
Peste florile ce-alina,
Tristul tau mormânt.
Ca o lacrima de sânge,
A cazut o stea,
Drum de foc si biruinta
Pentru Garda ta.
Bate vântul peste ape,
Trece timpul greu,
Noi mereu te plângem, frate,
Iar tu dormi mereu.
PS.: Thanks to a friend of mine, Alex, and his romanian friend

This is the anthem of the Slovak State, Slovakia's first experience of freedom.
The country, although not in its full extention (Hungary got several parts of it when Czechoslovakia ended), had Father Jozef Tiso and his Hlinka Guard as its leaders, from 1939 to 1945, when the soviets re-created Czechoslovakia.
The country experienced a huge catholic and clerical influence, but in counterpart had pride of their slavic traditions, sometimes making references to the ancient pagan god Perun.
Lyrics
Hej, Slováci, ešte naša
slovenská reč žije
Dokiaľ naše verné srdce
za náš národ bije
Žije, žije, duch slovenský
bude žiť na veky
Hrom a peklo, márne vaše
proti nám sú vzteky!
Jazyka dar sveril nám Boh,
Boh náš hromovládny
Nesmie nám ho teda vyrvať
na tom svete žiadny
I nechže je koľko ľudí,
toľko čertov v svete
Boh je s nami: kto proti nám
toho parom zmetie
I nechže sa aj nad nami
hrozná búra vznesie
Skala puká, dub sa láme
a zem nech sa trasie
My stojíme stále pevne
ako múry hradné
Čierna zem pohltí toho,
kto odstúpi zradne!

This anthem was composed by José Antonio Primo de Rivera, because they needed an anthem to counter A Las Barricadas and Himno de Riego, two very popular anarchist and republican songs, and the Falange was borrowing German and Italian marches so far.
The song's popularity boomed when Primo de Rivera was murdered, and Franco's Regime glorified him and his brigades.
I've put Franco in the pic because his government's image became very tied to this song
Lyrics:
Cara al Sol con la camisa nueva,
Que tú bordaste en rojo ayer,
Me hallará la muerte si me lleva
Y no te vuelvo a ver.
Formaré junto a mis compañeros
¡Arriba, escuadras, a vencer,
Que en España empieza a amanecer!

This song was not recorded by the Ossewabrandwag, but this version of the song did exist when they were around.
A huge thanks to @Curious1comment in twitter for showing me this song, and to Paul Kalma for translating this for me.
The Ossewabrandwag (Afrikaans for Ox-wagon Sentinel) was an a pro-German organisation in South Africa during World War II, which opposed South African participation in the war.
I just wanted to upload this for all the Afrikaaners that are going through violent times in South Africa. Many Afrikaaners are being beaten up, robbed or killed, just for being white. I hope this song makes them remember of the times there were still hope.
Lyrics: (may not be 100% right because they are transcribed from a dutch guy. If you are afrikaans and you notice a mistake, please tell us in the comments)
Op die heideblom 'n mooie blommetjie
En haar naam, Erika
Is slegs myne ja, 'n duisend kere meer
Harte vier, Erika
Want haar hart is vol van soetigheid
Daar 'n onontluikte blommekleed
Op die heideblom 'n mooie blommetjie
En haar naam, Erika
In my kamertjie blom ook 'n blommetjie
En haar naam, Erika
Al met môredou so ook met awendgrou
Sien sy my, Erika
En dan is dit so asof sy wil sê
Dink jy ook aan my, jou liewe bruid
In jou tuiste ween oor jou 'n meisie skoon
En haar naam, Erika
