Association of Sutures with the Bones of the Skull
The association of sutures with the bones of the skull has been discussed in this video. Dr.Adam Jones describes that the skull is divided into two parts which are cranium and facial skeleton.

The skull is composed of different bones joined by sutures. Anteriorly, there is a transverse suture which joins frontal bone of the skull with the two parietal bones. The occipital bone is at the posterior aspect of the skull. There are two temporal bones, one frontal bone, one occipital bone, and two parietal bones in the skull. Inferiorly, there is a foramen in the skull called foramen magnum for the passing of the structures.

In the full video on www.dr.been.com, the basic structure of the skull has been discussed. Sutures are discussed with associated bones. Sagittal suture joins the two parietal bones. Lambdoid suture joins occipital bones with the parietal bones. Different processes and foramina of the skull have been shown in the video.
