Sleep is something essential to our body. So much so that we spent about 1/3 of our lives doing it. All forms of body/mind repairs and replenishment happen during sleep , which means any issues with its quality/quantity will leads to issues of all all kinds eventually .

-Start with less . Do only as much as you can without pain. If reps are too many for you , DO LESS.
-Do the Stretches and Exercises in Order and they are logically put in that way.
-Do the STRETCHES DAILY but you can do The strengthening exercises 2-3 x week if you get too sore. eventually trying for 4-6x a week. Again take your time!
