Sometimes the harder we strive to achieve something, the further we push that very thing away. Non-striving is an attitude that helps us get out of our own way and learn effortless action. We have a deeply ingrained habit to strive for improvement, success, possessions, or whatever it is. We tend to lose ourselves in all the doing, and we forget about our natural being mode.
