So I am told this is an issue with the nitrogen having leaked out of the sight and that it needs to be sent into L-3 Eotech for repairs.

Quick video showing how to replace the daytime running lamp. These are H8 halogen bulbs and are what cause the 'halo' effect on our BMW's. Pick them up at any auto zone or O'Reilly. I couldn't find one at Wal-Mart.
My car in the video is a 2008 535xi. The process also works on 5 series from 2003-2010. I've also been told this process works on the 2008 X5.

This is a very quick video on how to cut the weld on a WASR-10 and remove the barrel nut so that you can install a muzzle brake.
You'll need a dremel and a cutoff wheel... yes and safety glasses because if the cutoff wheel breaks it will fly in your eye everytime, it knows things.
