On Just Dance 2022, we got presented with this map in homage to all the JD fans and to Katy Perry's legacy on the game (and as well for being one of the most requested songs all-time). Let's analyze all the cameos on the routine, and see how similar and how different the coaches and the moves are from their first and previous appearances.

Here on JD Remake Comparisons I make comparisons between Just Dance's original visuals and their released remaked versions on Just Dance Unlimited/Just Dance Now. The objective here is analyse, study and point visual diferences between both versions, putting two recorded gameplays side by side, and cropping them to keep the focus on the main dancer(s). It's a job made with many games here on YouTube that eventually got a remastered version or have multiple game modes. Also, there's comparisons between choreographies made for the same song using the same process, but with the gameplays in a smaller size, cropped again to focus on the coach(es). I also do comparisons using released gameplay previews up to their final versions available on the game, when they have significant visual differences. And we also have comparisons of pictograms, where some of them has different versions beteween the games. Finally, there are subtitles on the videos with trivia and information that complement the visual comparison. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPiEKPwoMCc

Just Dance 3 VS Just Dance Unlimited
This is one of the remakes with most differences on the franchise.
The coach is slightly brighter, and he now transforms during the night-time scenes. During those scenes, his colors are inverted (but his pants remain unchanged). When he transitions, he can be seen in a very faint shade of blue and purple. The background is a different campsite, and it looks as if it was folded with origami paper. It switches between a day and night scene. During the part before the chorus, both backgrounds switch for a few seconds. When the chorus hits, the day scene comes out and some beavers can be seen appearing behind the rocks. Each scene switch involves triangles breaking out, and moving to form the next scene.

'You're On My Mind' by Imposs ft. J. Perry was a song made for Just Dance 2015, but unlike the other tracks of the game, it didn't got a routine of its own. Instead, it was made a mash-up with many dance crews from the previous games far that moment. Let's see how the coaches are compared to their original appearances up to their original dances?
You can find this mash-up on Just Dance 2015 and Just Dance Now.

Every week a new comparison!
Just Dance 3 was the first JD game released outside of Wii, on PS3 and Xbox 360. At that time, the Xbox 360 version was made by a different studio, with the same game assets in a slightly new way, using a lot of the Xbox power. This caused differences between this version and the Wii/PS3 ones.
On this video, we will compare the routine E.T. by Katy Perry.
The Xbox version features a shot of the universe and planets around the coach, lasers coming form behind her, moving smoke resembling a nebula and a darker shade overral the map. It takes advantage of all the Xbox 360 power.
