Early game (lvl 40-60) faith fist melee build. IMPORTANT: You can dual wield two Spiked Caestus which isn't necessarily better option because Bloodflame Spell can't be applied to Occult Weapon type. In that case Golden Vow Ash of War buff is lost which is significant downside. Both options are viable though, mine and dual Spiked Caestus.
