You are a being of Light clothed in a body with a mind. You are neither the body nor the mind. As you recognize them as God designed you will be able to use them to bring forth your core values as a life enhancing moral compass to guide you through your life. May today's message inspire you to live your core values.
When we try to erase who we truly are because we're ashamed or fearful, we do untold damage to ourselves and suffer greatly. When we choose to be our authentic self our life becomes enriched with meaning, purpose joy, peace, and creativity. It is the privilege of a lifetime to become who we truly are. "Be Yourself"!
2021 What does this mean to you? Are you seeing your current life as an opportunity to let go of the old and learn about yourself? We are moving into the Age of Aquarius which is requiring total freedom which stands in stark contrast to the existing paradigm of external control. Whereas once we could seek and find truth in our established collective history, media, and in the accounts of others this is now proving to be compromised. The truth is now being revealed to us in our relationships and ourselves It's time to wake up and be the change that's happening!
The acceptance of what is happening to us in the specific moment means we are able to say yes to the things and circumstances that actually appear in our life. Saying yes may, however, have two different background awarenesses driving them.
Letting go simply means no desire, no longing, no goal, no past, no future - just being here now in complete totality, without resistance. Ego will offer resistance. Learn to recognize the voice of ego.
How can you learn to listen more to your heart than your head? Start learning. Practice. Tell yourself, "Yes, this is important. I commit to learning and practicing. There is no competition. This is about improving my life." Clarity breeds confidence. The secret of truly happy people is that they manage to get their hearts and minds to work together.
Asking for help commonly is seen as a sign of weakness. In reality, knowing when you need help is a sign of strength. It can be one of the hardest things for people to do, for it takes courage and a willingness to admit vulnerability. It helps to change your expectations. Be clear about what help you need and who you are asking. Then be direct and follow through. Learn to trust yourself.
