In our WISDOM CHAT this week we will talk about the *levels of development* which humans go through in their lives. We recognize that children go through several stages before the become and adult, but little is known about *adult development* - which actually is happening, if we are aware of it or not. The question is only how far the individual is ready to go  and when he or she choses to stop developing and procrastinate. And what is true for the development of individuals is also true for collectives, social groups, societies, as they are composed by individuals in their particular stage of development.
