Crispy Crunchy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs Bread crumbs about 1/2 cup for 6 small pieces of chicken thighs Poultry seasoning 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper 1 tsp Chicken seasoning 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion salt 1/2 tsp I preheated the air fryer for 5 minutes with a light coating of olive oil spray. Once all the chicken pieces are coated with the seasonings of my choice, I put 3 in the air fryer to give the there own space. 10 minutes at about 175c/350f and when that cycle is complete I turn them over and re-set the timer for another 10 minutes keeping an eye on them in the last 5 mins. Internal temp should be at least 160f but I let them go longer for the CRUNCH! Even though I didn't use salt I did use onion salt and I'm guessing some of the other seasonings must be high in sodium because they were a bit salty for my liking.
