With a perfect blend of spices and tender, juicy chicken, this Biryani is sure to impress. Guides you through each step of the recipe. Ingredients: 700g chicken 700g Basmati rice Salt to taste 70ml oil 4 medium onions Whole spices Fresh coriander 150g curd 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp Degi Mirch powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 4 green chillies Fresh mint 2 tbsp desi ghee 1 tsp garam masala powder 2ml rose water 50ml saffron milk 1/2 cup oil Method: Marinate the chicken in curd, red chilli powder, Degi Mirch powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. In a pot, boil water with whole spices and add rice. Cook until the rice is 70% done and drain the water. In a separate pot, heat oil and fry onions until they turn golden brown. Add the marinated chicken to the onions and cook for 10-15 minutes. Layer the rice over the chicken and add saffron milk, rose water, desi ghee, fresh mint, and garam masala powder on top. Cover the pot with foil and place it on a tawa or griddle over low heat for 30 minutes.
