From http://www.swimmingpoolsteve.com/pages/floating-liner.html - If you have wrinkles in your pool after heavy rains then this is an indication that the ground water table surrounding the pool is elevated. If the water table recedes and the liner folds over on itself you will end up with a wrinkle in the liner. Click the link above for examples of how to fix this problem.

http://www.SwimmingPoolSteve.com - In this video Steve explains what pool coping is and what the difference between vinyl liner pool coping and concrete pool coping.
Vinyl liner pool coping is a coping track made from PVC or aluminum that you install the liner bead into. The coping track is what holds the liner in place at the top of the pool wall.
In a concrete pool coping refers to the area of pool deck directly over top of the pool wall. This would usually be about 12" wide. The reason a concrete pool needs a coping in this area is that the deck are overtop of the pool wall will move at a different rate than then deck overtop of the surrounding pool area.

From https://www.swimmingpoolsteve.com/pages/puck-problem.html this video talks about what the difference between stabilized and unstabilized chlorine products is and how this relates to your pool water care. Stabilized chlorine is useful for creating slow release chlorine products like dichlor and trichlor tabs / chlorine pucks. This allows them to dissolve slowly in an erosion feeder or puck floater instead of suddenly and explosively oxidizing all at once.
There is such a thing as unstabilized chlorine pucks also, called cal hypo chlorine pucks, but to use these requires a special cal hypo chlorine feeder, and you can NEVER mix cal hypo with any other type of chlorine or use it in a regular trichlor / dichlor puck feeder as it would explode. Never mix any pool chemicals of any kind, definitely including different kinds of chlorine!
Salt chlorine systems are not stabilized and neither is liquid chlorine so these are two great options right away. Cal hypo pucks or cal hypo unstabilized chlorine granules are two more great options. If you only use stabilized chlorine eventually you will need to partially drain and refill the pool to lower the CYA levels again.

From https://www.swimmingpoolsteve.com/pages/spa-water.html this video talks about hives from hot tub water and the various reasons why you might get hives after using a hot tub. Of course this is no replacement for advice from your doctor but instead a look at the common causes of problems with your skin / itchy hives after using a hot tub. While sanitizer sensitivity is rare, it is not impossible to be allergic to chlorine or bromine sanitizers, and far more commonly, sensitive to changes or imbalances in the pH of the water, most hot tub skin reactions like hives are going to be the result of a lack of sanitizer protection in the water allowing for a bacterial growth to develop in the water, which you then absorb into your skin when you bathe. The water is hot, your skin pores open, and then you sit in front of the jets (the source location of the bacteria) and it drives this bacterial laden water right into your waiting pores. It is a recipe for disaster and results in hot tub folliculitis, or hot tub rash. This can be avoided with proper care and maintenance of your spa and your hot tub water chemistry.
