Today we take a look at the FreeMax Maxus SOLO 100W Kit. The FreeMax Maxus is a single battery mod the can take an 18650 with provided adaptor, a 20700 and 21700. The kit comes with the FreeMax Fireluke Solo tank which is compatible with the FL platform. The dimensions of the Maxus Solo mod are 90mm x 42.8mm x 28.8mm. Output voltage is 0.7 to 7.5V, Input voltage is 3.3 to 4.2V (I think I said 33 to 42V in the review my bad), Resistance range is 0.1 ohms to 3 ohms, Output mode Power, Normal, Sport, Eco, VPC, Bypass, TC NI, TI, SS316 and TCR. Charging is 5V / 2A fast charge. Coils included are the FL1-D 0.15 mesh coil pre-fitted and the FL2 0.2 mesh coil as spare. The Fireluke tank is fitted with a child resistance top fill. The mod comes in 6 colours all with different back panels, you have a choice of Cobalt Blue, Black, Sea Blue, Golden, Gunmetal and Red. The novel mood LED's you will love or hate but the good news is you can turn them off. I found the fill port a little to small for most nozzles but still filled easily. The fit and finish are up there with the best. But the best feature for me is you can turn the mod off with the lock on the side of the mod. The FM 3.0 chip set has all the safety features built in that you can think off.

All in all a very nice mod to use and well worth looking at.

Today we take a look at the new Wotofo & Mike Vapes Recurve V2 RDA. The Wotofo Recurve V2 RDA is a 24.6mm RDA a bit of an odd size being between 24 and 25mm. The Recurve can be single or dual coil but in single coil the afc is still dual. Wotofo provide everything as normal to get you started with this RDA including a 5mm inner diameter coil and cotton to fit but for a meir mortal like me I chose to go with a dual 3mm inner diameter coils and the squonk pin. If you build it for dripping you will have to part the cotton a little to help juice down in to the well. This is not a perfect RDA to me as the afc had no knurling making it near impossible for me to move with my dexterity problems, the bottom o-ring tolerance just isn't there. As for building, Wotofo and Mike vapes have made this postless deck as easy as it can get to give great flavour. The two peek inner caps reduce the chamber that helps with the flavour you get from the RDA. The deck could have done with an hole in the center to help get the e-liquid down to the well in my opinion. This is a very affordable RDA and I'm sure we all have spare o-rings that will fit better than those that come with it. All in all a very good RDA with a couple of problems. DripDrop E-Liquid So today I have 5 of the 10 flavours sent over to me from A V C "another vape channel" from the total of 34 new flavours from DripDrop over in the Blackpool area. first up, BIScuit COFee this to me was like an Italian biscotti, nice but not to sweet and with that ginger biscuit taste at the end of the vape. Next up Apple and Pear, this has a good green apple and a good pear but in this mix or with whatever has been added this is the smell of nail varnish, reminded me of badly made cheap pear drops, this one was not for me. Next up Orange Passionfruit and Pineapple, this is a very nice mix, the orange has that citrus sour to it that hits you right away with the passionfruit and at the back of the vape you get a sour pineapple but it all works together to make a nice refreshing flavour. Next up, Blackcurrant Jam. this has a good blackcurrant flavour but lakes the sweetness to make it a jam,. the jam although there is very weak in this mix it needs upping and sweetener added to come close to a jam. Last up of these 5 is one of my favourite flavours Black Jack, this is a nice black jack and you get that black liquorice along with the aniseed but what lets it down is the lake of sweetener to make it like a Black Jack sweet. Today we take a look at the new Vaporesso XROS pod system a direct competitor to the Uwell Caliburn. The Vaporesso XROS is a sealed coil refillable pod system with a 800mAh battery, a choice of two resistance coils the 1.2ohm and 0.8ohm mesh coils. Filling is really easy and the device has many of the same qualities of its competitor. One advantage over its competitor is the C type fast charging which I have found to be much faster. The flavour from both coils is spot on and the coils last a good amount of time. For a pod system it has the very good Axon chip with all the safety features you get on a much more expensive box mod. The fit and finish as usual from Vaporesso is at a very high standard. Pricing I think will be around the £25 to £29 mark here in the UK. All in all a very good pod system for the beginner making the switch or a vaper wanting something convenient to take out with them. Vaporesso XROS was sent in free for the purpose of review. So today I'm back with the second part of Zap Juice Mokasmo line. First up is Sakura Cream Latte, this on the knuckle test tastes like a dark rum and vary pleasant at that but I think it was supposed to be a cherry, This to me tasted more like a Mocha than a latte. Second up was the Coconut Latte, on the knuckle test this had a very strong sweet coconut but in the vape it was washed out along with the coffee just wasn't enough there to be a great latte. As with the first two if you add nic it may change the taste. To me all four flavour would more suit a tank where you can change wattage to hit the sweet spot. Don't forget taste is very subjective and my opinion is just my opinion. All these e-liquids are 70vg/30pg. Short fill 50ml in a 60ml bottle with room for a nic shot. Short fill priced around £14.99 you can also get these in 10ml bottles. Links are not allowed so use your google-fu to check out these e-liquids from Zap Juice.
