These BBQ Country Style Ribs are incredible. Just season with Cajun Bait Jalapeno Blend seasoning first, then season with a generous amount of Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub and smoke approximately 3 hours at 225 degrees using a mixture of Oak and Mesquite Bisquettes. Then add ribs to an aluminum pan, add half a stick of butter, a generous amount of brown sugar, and some honey. Place back on your Bradley smoker for another hour and a half. Remove from the smoker and coat with your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy.
