I just got this Yihua 853 PCB heater unit. I've never done SMD work, or reflowing, so it's time to start.
I already have the hot air station, so this is the other piece mostly required for re-soldering, repairing, and putting PCB SMD components on. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=28gTCTwYpsk
I took a look at the HoldPeak 990C SMD component tester. This is from Amazon.
This device is used to test surface mount components on a PCB circuit board. It's a DC V meter, as well as ohm, capacitance, and 2 types of diodes.

Described as "..the swiss army knife of adapters" - this is the AIOC board. This board can allow you to use a large assortment of HT's with APRS - even if the radio doesn't support APRS. It also can allow CHIRP programming without a specific cable (YMMV).

Resistor subsitution box for quick change out of resistance values (duh), in your projects.
This doesn't replace having a good supply of parts on hand, but it makes prototyping and breadboard operations a whole lot faster!

A non-contact voltage tester is a handheld device that is used to detect the presence of voltage in electrical wires and appliances. It does this by sensing the electromagnetic field that is created when an electric current flows through a conductor. The tester will usually have a light that comes on when it detects voltage, and it may also have a beeping sound.
Non-contact voltage testers are a safe and easy way to test for voltage, and they are an essential tool for anyone who works with electricity. They are also useful for homeowners who want to make sure that electrical appliances are turned off before they work on them.
When using a non-contact voltage tester, it is important to follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. It is also important to wear safety glasses and gloves to protect yourself from electrical shock.
To use a non-contact voltage tester, simply hold the tester near the conductor or appliance that you want to test. The tester will light up and beep if it detects voltage. If the tester does not light up or beep, then there is no voltage present.
Non-contact voltage testers are a valuable tool for anyone who works with electricity. They are safe, easy to use, and can help to prevent electrical accidents.
