Kerbal Space Program - Kerbal Aerodynamics - KerbalKon Re-Run
Because the video and audio quality was lacking from the kerbalkon stream, here's the video with a new voiceover and explanation. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFveINNRtiM
In this video you can pan the camera around to experience the eclipse in 'VR'' (not really) - you can see the changes in the landscape around you, see the shadow bands and crescent shaped shadows on the ground around you and hear people cheering at the event in real time.

Infinifactory takes the production line building problems of Spacechem and extends them into the 3rd dimension. Sorry, I'm going to be quite busy for the next few days.

In the last episode we were left in orbit around moho with barely enough fuel to land, and no way to scan for kethane, but in a few weeks a kethane scanning probe finally gets there and identifies a tiny patch of kethane which the spacecraft can land on and start filling its tanks again.
Unfortunately, this may be that last episode as something has happened to the disk containing the save and the last time it was backed up was in May.

There's a reason why we build aircraft with fixed wings, flappy wings are hard.
I made a bit more progress on the design afterwards, but it's still a long way from working.

Following up on my discussion on wing layout we start to build actual aircraft which can take off from a runway. The aerodynamics in KSP are quite different from reality, the wings are essentially flat surfaces with lift only provided through deflection as they move through the airstream so you need to take this into account when launching.

What does it take to explore under the oceans of Kerbin? Kerbal Space Program's physics system isn't up for hydrodynamics, under the surface things get a little bit weird. Which usually means explosions.

The John Patrick Mason takes off from Eve and achieves orbit despite having a TWR less than 1, but once in orbit it needs to make another excursion back into the atmosphere to collect data from the upper atmosphere.

The latest news from Space. Only one launch this week, but lots of other news about Starliner completing its mission and the FAA not completing its environmental assessment.

it's been 50,000 light years of uninhabited space, over 24 hours of travelling, and thanks to the power of video editing you only need to watch 10 minutes of it before I return to the more civilized regions to tell the engineers my stories and find some other ships to blow up for fun and profit.
Oh and I needed to rubberneck at the mysterious alien crash site.
