The didgeridoo was played strictly by male members of the tribe, as a tradition. I have great reverence for the traditions that great practices are birthed from. And today I'm so grateful for this instrument in my life. I can't help but nod to the way my Soul drives me against the grain, because it knows how Ill grow.
Playing this instrument grounds me, helps to steady my body and mind no matter what state it's in, and breathes new powerful life unto my spiritual unfoldment. The deep vibration mirrors what is present in my life in that it UnEarths much that hid dormant inside me. Right now, it is both too much and just what I need.
I'm digging this rythm in so many ways. I know i have much growth, and with any luck, many many more days to work on it.
