New reports have revealed that dark money groups tied to Donald Trump through their support of him are also paying lots of money to keep the Arizona ballot audit going. The state had only allocated $150,000 for the stunt, but the real cost is much, much higher than that. Rather than increasing the budget, outside Trump supporters have been using dark money groups to pay for everything from security to salaries as the audit continues to drag on.
