This week we released two videos of NJEA union presidents talking about how they go about protecting physically abusive teachers from losing their jobs. Both the Hamilton and Union City union presidents have been suspended, according to reports in local media.
In addition to these suspensions, the NJEA has issued a statement as a result of our videos, saying that they have opened an independent review of their organization's practices.
A current White House official on staff with the National Security Council stated in a Project Veritas undercover recording that President Joe Biden is waiting for a second term to condemn Israel’s actions in Gaza but can’t say so due to ‘powerful Jewish influences’ that could cost him the election.
During the six-minute recording, Waters discusses internal White House deliberations about the ongoing conflict in Gaza and admits that “if Biden won again he could be much more forthright about saying ‘No’ [to Israel],” stating that the administration would have more freedom to tell Israel ‘you’re not going to continue to lie, and bomb, and kill all these kids without facing serious consequences.’”

New information from an exclusive report from the Daily Mail casts new doubt over the legitimacy of the government’s targeting of Project Veritas. According to the report, the diary belonging to Ashley Biden was not stolen. Which begs the question, why is the government still investigating a news media organization?

Mission Statement
Investigate & expose corruption, dishonesty, self-dealing, waste, fraud, and other misconduct in both public and private institutions in order to achieve a more ethical & transparent society.
Core Values
MORAL COURAGE - Courage is the virtue that sustains all others. We choose to overcome our fears.
WE ARE ALL LEADERS - Turning people into leaders. Completed staff work. Ownership.
COLLABORATION - Best not to work in silos. No one individual is as smart as all of us.
RESILIENCE - Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. Never, ever, ever give up. We don't let mistakes or setbacks discourage us. Pursue perfection, knowing full well you will never attain it.
MISSION DRIVEN - The best people are motivated by purpose. We are passionate and truly believe in our cause. We must be externally focused, not internally focused.
MAKE THE STATUS QUO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE - We move mountains. Failure is not an option. We do whatever it takes.
THE TIP OF THE SPEAR - We are a loss leader. We do not shy away from conflict or litigation.
Ethical Values
Rule #1 – Truth is paramount. Our reporting is fact based with clear and irrefutable video and audio content. Truth is paramount. We never deceive our audience. We do not distort the facts or the context. We do not “selectively edit.”
Rule #2 – We do not break the law. We maintain one-party consent when recording someone is inherently moral and ethical. We never record when there is zero-party consent. In areas where we are required to have consent from all parties, we seek legal guidance regarding the expectation of privacy’s impact on our right to record.
Rule #3 – We adhere to the 1st Amendment rights of others. During our investigations we do not disrupt the peace. We do not infringe on the 1st Amendment rights of others.
Rule #4 – The Zekman Test. The undercover investigations we pursue are judged by us to be of “vital public interest” and “profound importance.” The Zekman Test is our baseline. Undercover investigative reporting is necessary because, “...there’s no other way to get the story...” Whereas the Society of Professional Journalists allows for undercover techniques, if undercover techniques are necessary to expose issues of vital public importance; we believe they are not only allowed but required.
Rule #5 – We Protect the Innocent When Possible - Embarrassing private details are not to be investigated. We sta

More celebrities and Hollywood dealmakers caught on hidden camera accepting money from "Middle Eastern oil interests"
HOLLYWOOD, CA -- June 5, 2014 - In a blockbuster new video, Project Veritas exposes more of the darker side of how Hollywood funds its anti-fracking propaganda.
New York Times Bestselling Author and investigative filmmaker, James O'Keefe, released the second part of "Exposé: Hollywood's War on U.S. Energy."
The much-anticipated sequel includes a cameo appearance from Oscar-winning actress and outspoken activist Susan Sarandon, and features Chris Talbott, a 20-year member of Sarandon's team and a Documentary Fellow of the Sundance Film Program.
In the video, three undercover video journalists posing as "Muhammed" (the Middle Eastern oil baron), "Brandon," and "Steven" (the advertising executives) meet with Sarandon. Sarandon refers "Muhammed" to Chris Talbott, her Activism Manager and one of the producers of her Oscar-winning film "Dead Man Walking."
With the introduction made by Sarandon, the video journalists posing as "Muhammed" and "Steven" meet with Talbott a week later. The meeting was caught on tape. Talbott confirms to "Muhammed" that he "told Susan we were meeting today" and that he "speaks with Susan or her assistant every day."
Once again, similar to the investigative report of Academy Awards Governor Ed Begley Jr., Actress Mariel Hemingway, and Environmental Filmmaker Josh Tickell, the offer is made for millions of funding for an environmental documentary aimed at ending domestic natural gas production in the US.
Once again, "Muhammed" seemingly finds a willing recipient of the money -- even after clearly stating that his goal is to use environmentalist propaganda to undermine fracking and destroy American energy independence. The stated motive: Profit for his family's oil empire.
Project Veritas founder and president, James O'Keefe, stated Wednesday:
"This latest investigation proves that the Tickell-Begley-Hemingway deal-making was not an isolated incident. The Hollywood environmentalist left is willing to take money from explicitly anti-American interests to fund their movies. The American people deserve to know the truth about how movies are made and the lengths Hollywood will go to undermine American energy independence and national security."
O'Keefe noted: "Of course, the best film franchises are usually trilogies."
