To mark the 10th anniversary of The Beatles Love show by Cirque du Soleil at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, a brand video has been created to represent the re-staging of George Harrison’s While My Guitar Gently, using an acoustic version of the iconic song with a specially commissioned string arrangement by the late Sir George Martin recorded in 2006. This version is also featured on the Love album.
The evocative video was directed by Dandypunk, Andre Kasten and Leah Moyer and was shot in the Love Theatre at the Mirage Hotel and at other locations in Nevada. All effects were created using projection mapping and captured live, in-camera. No post production CGI was used.

The end of the century
I said my goodbyes
For what it's worth
I always aim to please
But I nearly died
For what it's worth
Come on lay with me
'Cause I'm on fire
For what it's worth
I tear the sun in three
To light up your eyes
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
Broke up the family
Everybody cried
For what it's worth
I have a slow disease
That sucked me dry
For what it's worth
Come on walk with me
Into the rising tide
For what it's worth
Filled a cavity
Your god shaped hole tonight
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
For what it's worth
No one cares when you're out on the street
Picking up the pieces to make ends meet
No one cares when you're down in the gutter
Got no friends got no lover
No one cares when you're out on the street
Picking up the pieces to make ends meet
No one cares when you're down in the gutter
Got no friends got no lover
For what it's worth
Got no lover
For what it's worth
Got no lover
For what it's worth
Got no lover
For what it's worth
Got no lover
For what it's worth
Got no lover
For what it's worth
Got no lover
For what it's worth
Got no lover

Bob Marley & The Wailers play a free concert at Rufaro Stadium in Salisbury, Zimbabwe, the night after he played at the nation's Independence Celebration.
The night before, millions showed up to see him play at the Independence Celebration, but only the 80,000 or so who had tickets were let in. A riot quickly ensued, people were trying to climb the fence, and so the police shot tear gas into the crowd. Gas got into the stadium, and the crowd quickly disperse. The band was hit too, as were a young Ziggy and Stephen Marley who attended the event. After getting them to safety, Bob quickly got back on stage and kept on playing, even when the band had left. Eventually the gas dissipated, however, the band got back on stage, and the event continued. To quell the crowds, Bob agreed to play a free concert the following night, this night, for those that were not able to get in.
It should also be noted that when invited to play at the event, the Zimbabwe government – with little idea about the logistics of putting on such a concert – were unable to finance getting the band and their equipment over to Africa. So, in true Bob Marley fashion, he decided to finance the trip himself and hired a plane to take everyone and their gear over to Salisbury.

Johnny Cash - Folsom Prison Blues (A Concert Behind Prison Walls)
Available Now: https://mercury-studios.lnk.to/JohnnyCashCBPW
Johnny Cash, the "Man In Black", is one of the most influential musical figures of the last 50 years. His deep, resonant voice and sparse guitar style have given him an instantly recognisable sound that manages to sit somewhere between folk, rock and country.
Cash has been awarded ten Grammy Awards and was the youngest ever inductee into the Country Hall of Fame. His music is as relevant today as it has ever been.
This concert was recorded at the Tennessee State Penitentiary in Nashville in 1976. It is one of only two of his prison concerts that were filmed for broadcast. It features Cash with special guests Linda Ronstadt and Roy Clark performing a selection of their biggest hits such as Folsom Prison Blues, Orange Blossom Special, A Boy Named Sue and Ronstadt's version of the Eagles' Desperado.
