TERMINATING PARENTAL RIGHTS: THE CIVIL COURT DEATH PENALTY
Part 6 (Final) - Questions and Answers about Voir Dire and Striking Jurors. BOTH Attorneys Strike Jeff Morgan - and Morgan Strikes Back!
I was invited to participate in a "mock voir dire" by Cydney Walker, the founder of Coffee and Politics 101. The event took place on Saturday, March 19, 2022. Dallas Judge Rhonda Hunter, Dallas Assistant District Attorney Sandre Street Moncriffe, and Dallas Attorney Stacy Dunlop participated in the mock voir dire. Cydney Walker, Euan Blackman, and I were potential jurors for a case that could terminate a parent's parental rights. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwAyOh-kZF0
On July 18, 2022, Dr-Brooks McKenzie spoke before a gathering of about 60-70 people in McKinney, Texas, on the FAILURES of CPS and the Anti-Family Courts. To make his presentation easier to follow, I broke it down into 10 shorter segments.
In this eighth segment, Dr. McKenzie explains in layman's terms what the Daubert Challenge is.

In this video, Guy Harper talks about how the guilty silence of the church as a whole - and church leaders in particular - and the results of their failure to confront the issue and sin of no-fault divorce.
Many people think that no-fault divorce is a good thing - it helps people get on with their lives. But the reality is that no-fault divorce is one of the most abusive practices that we have in the United States and in the state of Texas.
No-fault divorce is often nothing more than divorce on demand. It often perversely serves as a cover to rationalize, excuse, or cover up bad behavior. Even though two people agreed to get married, one person can end the marriage without the consent or desire of the other. With no-fault divorce, the state always, without exception, 100 percent of the time, sides with the petitioner in his or her desire to leave the marriage. As a result, there is a predetermined outcome of divorce EVERY TIME no-fault divorce is filed - unless the petitioner changes his or her mind.
No-fault is often extremely abusive and exploitative, and it deprives the respondent of numerous constitutional protections he or she is supposed to be guaranteed. It strips the institution of marriage of legal protections. The effects of no-fault divorce not only upends the life a person forcefully divorced against his or her will, but it hurts children, destroys social networks, and contributes to the demise of society. This is why we need to #RepealUnilateralNoFaultDivorce.

Many people have asked me what happened with the ethics complaint that I filed against the against the #301stdistrictfamilycourt #marybrown, and after having high hopes that the Texas Ethics Commission would speedily investigate my ethical complaint against Mary Brown - whom I believe knowingly and blatantly violated the write-in statutes in the Texas Election Code by raising money against her opponents before she filed as a write-in candidate - I find myself AGAIN disappointed yet another oversight commission.
More than two months have gone by, and the Texas Ethics Commission will not investigate my complaint against Mary Brown until AFTER the election is over. I think this is an injustice to the public and to the two other write-in candidates who followed the rules.

COURTS ACT BETTER WHEN THEY KNOW THEY ARE BEING WATCHED.
On May 24, 2021, Brandon Johnson and Hunter Youngblood drove to Parker County to support Rustin Wright, another victim of anti-family court injustice at the hands of Graham Quisenberry. Even though Quisenberry ruled against Rustin, we all noticed that he - and his attorney buddies - seemed to act differently in this hearing. Why? Because almost a dozen of us went to the hearing and watched the entire proceeding.
All three of us are in agreement on one thing: Courts act better when they know they are being watched. Unobserved and hidden from view, judges are prone to inflict injustice "at their own discretion" on innocent men, women, and children - especially when judges are surrounded by their buddies and yes-men.
This is one reason why we believe that friends don't let friends go to anti-family courts alone.

BANNING ANONYMOUS REPORTING TO CHILDREN'S PREDATORY SERVICES
As I understand House Bill 63, the legislature passed legislation to ban anonymous reporting to Children's Predatory Services. It's about time.
Anonymous reporting systems create environments where false accusations and malicious reporting can occur without consequences. They also can violate the due process rights of the accused, as individuals have no way to confront their accuser or defend themselves against unsubstantiated claims.
Anonymous reporting can cause unnecessary stress and trauma for families who are investigated based on anonymous tips, even if no evidence of abuse or neglect is found. Individuals and families have had to spend thousands of dollars to try to rebut anonymous reports and have been deprived of their children, who are often abused by the system.
Reporting of abuse or neglect - especially by professionals and mandated reporters - should require concrete evidence or reasonable suspicion, and the person who makes a report should be required to disclose his or her identity. Additionally, those who make false reports should be held accountable for their actions.
House Bill 63 is LONG OVERDUE and is a good first step to minimizing the damage and destruction Children's Predatory Services has inflicted on Texas families over the decades.

October 2, 2021, was the kickoff fundraising event for The Whitt Project, an organization dedicated to protecting families and children from LGBTQ indoctrination and the increasingly prevalent transgenderism ideology, both of which are seeking the abuse and destruction of your children.
In this second of 10 videos, prior to praying for Kevin, Pastor Rafael Cruz assured Kevin that God does not make mistakes and told him that God has appointed him a prophet to Texas, the United States, and the nations on behalf of our children.
THE WHITT PROJECT
THE Founder Kevin Whitt is a former transsexual who lived 20 years as a transsexual prostitute and drag queen before surrendering his life Jesus Christ and being set from the bondage and degradation of that lifestyle. Co-founder Tracy Shannon knows the destruction of the ideology as well. Not only did she lose her ex-husband to an ideology that was encouraged by others, but her children lost a father. Together Kevin and Tracy have joined efforts to form The Whitt Project (www.whittproject.com) to expose and oppose the harmful and abusive LGBTQ and transgender ideologies and to try to protect our children.

Olga Ventura was an active duty and reserve Naval Officer who served her country honorably for 26 years, both in the US and in combat in Afghanistan. She was a combat trauma nurse and one of the ICU nurses that tended to Texas Representative Dan Crenshaw in theater. In civilian life, Olga is a neonatal nurse and a 100 percent disabled veteran.
Yet more difficult than any of the sacrifices she made as a Naval officer is the beatings she has endured in anti-family court under Judge David Rakow of the 439th District Court in Rockwall, Texas.
In this fourth of eight videos, Olga talks about how she thought that the country that she served and protected would at the very least protect her and her relationship with her children. This same disappointment and disillusionment has been vocalized by many servicemen and servicewomen, who return home to find out that their family has been destroyed and they have been kicked out of their children's lives. Shame on us for not protecting them!
