How to diagnose and fix TP4056 18650 Li-ion charger
My DIY Li-ion 81650 charger got ruined, two TP4056 stopped charging, so I've done a little electronic forensic and find what's wrong.Amazing TP4056 it self got burned! Usually are the Mosfet in between, but with a little passion I replaced the IC's and it's working again!

Don't do this at home! It's really dangerous!
I was curios to see if a ''dumb'' 12V power supply can be used to charge a 18650 pack without any control..just the final voltage set to 14V DC.It's a dangerous experiment and needs close supervise! Finally I destroyed few cells because to much current and voltage! So you don't have to do it. Next experiment will be with a proper 12.6V charging but also no current control..let's see what happening!
