In some DUI situations, people under investigation decide it is best to refuse to provide the police with any evidence that can be used to incriminate them. This can include providing a blood or breath sample for chemical testing.
In these types of cases, the police almost always are able to quickly get a warrant and obtain a sample via court order.
In this video, DUI defense lawyer Robert Gruler explains the refusal, warrant and sampling process in DUI cases in Arizona.
