Big Sciota, sometimes known as Big Scioty, started out as a fiddle tune then worked it`s way over to the banjo and then someone put lyrics to it. Tells about the hard times a broken hearted fellow is going through as he wrestles with his inner demons along the Sciota River where is he was born and raised in Ohio. I sing and play it clawhammer style on the mountain banjo.
Big Sciota - Inspired by the ClawhammerBrainjo 3 finger old time version
