In this video I talk about the concept of energy cysts. It is a useful concept when explaining how especially traumas can cause a long-lasting energy block in the aura, often packaged away so well that people can forget about them and not know they are there. You can get energy cysts in any density of the aura, such as emotional cysts in the emotional density and mental cysts in the mental density of the aura. They are essentially like cysts found in the physical body. For example, if an emotional challenge is so strong that you don't have the resources to process those emotions there and then, then your emotional body (or emotional density of your aura if you like) will encapsulate that emotional energy to prevent it from harming you and so that you can deal with it at a later date, when you have the resources to be able to do so. Any of the energy techniques I have taught so far can be used to heal an energy cyst. Allowing energy to flow is always a good start and can completely clear one even if not entirely in one session. Pulling the cyst bit by bit or more satisfyingly all out in one go is what many people prefer. It can take time however to clear a cyst completely as they often represent a strong trauma of some kind and thus there is often a strong resistance to removal. Healing an energy cyst especially if they are large can be quite a shock as a healer if you haven't come across them before. Some people may scream, contort their body and have all sorts of energetic outbursts as a cyst is being removed from the aura. This isn't always the case and depends on the client but it is something to be aware of so that you don't worry whether you are doing something wrong! Preparing yourself before performing a healing serves several purposes. Mainly it helps you perform your healing better by helping you to focus, not let your thoughts, emotions, energy blocks, physical pains affect your treatment as much and as such better allow higher vibrational energies through you for healing to occur. For a full-time healer like myself, in addition to the things mentioned in this video, I take much more time to look after myself than most people would. This involves eating healthily, exercising, going to bed on time, avoiding lower vibrational films, news, electronics, not going out at night etc. I spend a lot of time working on myself too. The more I clear within me, the better my vibration and hence the higher the vibrational energies I can provide for others during treatment. I often take time out too after particularly strong healing sessions or sessions that bring up issues within myself. Healer's preparation is important if you do a lot of healing, so make sure you look after yourself first, otherwise you'll easily get 'burned out' and not have the energy to effectively continue to help others. This can often mean that others perceive you as being lazy or not working hard but they don't understand how healing can be tiring in a different way to what they are used to. Here I answer a couple of questions about why you might often work on energies that your client might not be feel and why you may work on energies that refer to other areas of the aura. Those who are more aware of their aura and physical body may not feel everything you work on. Partly because they cannot sense the frequencies of energy you are working on yet and/or may simply not be tuning into that area you are working on whilst you are doing it. In a lot of cases we generally want people to feel a change of course but a lot of causes of a particular issue may exist in parts of themselves that they are not yet aware of. Often too it can take time to work through various areas or on one area that is resistant to change before someone can feel the desired result. Not everyone can feel the progressive change over time. Often too, you may find stuck energies/issues in the aura that might not seem to relate to the problem they come to you for. There are so many ways each body part and area of the aura relates to other areas and even after years of study of the physical body and energy bodies I cannot always know why working in one area affects another area. This is why I always advise to work through all of the aura and clear what you can, otherwise you may miss something that can greatly help with the complaint they come to you with compared to only directly working on the complaint area itself.
