I see lagging muscle groups all the time, but these five are probably the most common. The middle back, including the traps, rhomboids and erectors, is very commonly underdeveloped.
The adductors and hamstrings are also very much undersized in many people, with quad dominance being very common in the lower body.
Forearms are often overshadowed by the upper arms and rear delts often pale in comparison to the side and especially front deltoid.
Don't be that guy or gal! Fix it!

Maingaining can work for some people. If you are enhanced or a high bodyfat percentage, sure. But if you are a beginner or intermediate natural, you must be comfortable with the idea of losing your abs at times, otherwise that's a very, very long road to nowhere.
Maingaining at 15-20%, sure. That can work really well, natural or otherwise. But the closer you are to 10% bodyfat, the harder it is...and under 10% VERY FEW people can maingain. You probably aren't one of those people.

This is satire. Do not do these. Do not take these seriously. This is just to make a point: most "new" exercises are hot dogshit and people eat them up because they trust those with good physiques or high sub counts.
Don't do that.
Think. Use your brain. Don't blindly trust people because most people are stupid.
Yes, it feels cool to try new shit. It's one way to feel like you are always progressing. But in reality, your training should usually be boring. It should be the same few basic movements done over and over again...just better than last time and hopefully heavier as well.
Finally, I had fun doing this. But got a LOT of weird looks.
