Groundhog Day? Punxsutawney Ramaphosa to make an Appearance
Will it be relief or will it just be bad news on Groundhog Day (13 May 2020) for South Africans?
Strangely absent for three weeks as speculation soared that internal dissent within the ruling ANC might be the proximate cause, South Africa's president Cyril Ramaphosa is scheduled to FINALLY make a national address this evening at 2030 local time in Pretoria. Today, May 13th, 2020, 48 days into a lockdown and three weeks since Ramaphosa disappeared from national broadcasts, much like Punxsutawney Phil the groundhog, Ramaphosa is set to reappear.

Peaceful rallies took place all over #SouthAfrica by the #Bikers Against Farm Murders & Racism. While events went smoothly in #Pretoria, #Durban, #Limpopo, #NMB, that was NOT the case in Cape Town where the national police service, #SAPS, aggressively intervened.
Why? The SAPS also fired water cannons on a handful of peaceful tourism industry protesters a few weeks ago. No wonder there are numerous Cape independence movements.

02 Nov 2020 - The Secretary of State encouraged certain counties to notify voters of defective ballot, thereby violating state law and permitting people to get a second bite of the apple.
These actions all executive branch violations of existing PA voting law. That the judicial branch decided to step in an ALSO over step its bounds is astonishing.
