This is a long time requested building. It's probably my last huge building I will make for a while. Making this video was a nightmare but I didn't want to give up. Some of you were waiting for this building so here is it!
This condominium has 5 big apartments, a garage where a car lift, a workshop and a concierge office. On top of the building there are two terraces and pool. This building isn't only beautiful but also a great place for roleplay players!

With 12x6 foundation, this building offers plenty of space, storages and room without sacrificing the design. The wooden parts are voluntary facing inside out for the esthetic. It can easily be transformed into a PVP base since the wooden walls have stone walls preventing an easy access to the base if a raid occur. This building has 3 stairs and one elevator to access to the different floors.
