What luck!! Someone or some people have apparently taken an interest in this case and bothered to save the case on the "waybackmachine" which is an online archive. This video is part two. ****October 31 update: Finally the Clark County Court put the records back into the public record!!!! What an uphill battle it's been to accomplish that though. This video shows that Clark County Municipal Court located in Springfield Ohio alters the Public record. In this video I will show that out of sheer luck Archive.org's "wayback machine" has a copy of the original ! In fact archive.org has several copies as it appears there are others that have shown interest in this case and requested that the online archive of websites be maintained. As some background, Initially Landlords Eric and Theresa Crow had hired an Attorney to sue Kenny Hendrick (me) for alleged property damages at their decrepit rental. Kenny Hendrick responded that he was looking forward to addressing the allegation and stated that he had videos to show that it was not he that created the damages but the landlord's faulty plumbing and upstairs tenant that had caused the damages. So what did the Crows do? They sued the previous lease-holder instead. The previous lease-holder possessed a one-year monthly lease with Theresa Crow; whereas Kenny Hendrick possessed a quarterly subsequent year's lease with Eric Crow. The problem was that the Crow's and the complicit court found the previous tenant-holder guilty of causing the damages to the North Limestone commercial rental. Here is one of the videos to prove that it was impossible for the previous lease-holder to have been guilty of causing damages to the Crow property. KENNY HENDRICK RESPONDED BY PUBLISHING THE VIDEOS only to find that the government was removing his website (repeatedly) and suspending and banning his videos across all social platforms, including Facebook, Youtube, Google+, Twitter, and more. Problem solved?
