I think I definitely could have done better with the pull, technique wise; in regards to using more leg drive. Something I'll have to work on drilling that in to me again; as I find I tend to instinctively rely on my posterior chain, and forget to use my quads more. However, this moved quite well! Especially since my original plan was to go for 205-207.5 kgs, and I was thinking of taking it easier, as I was feeling not so strong, and was tired. My lower back and hips were definitely feeling it after this, though!
Man, I was not feeling strong at all today. Ques felt off, unracking game was really off, etc. However, my MIND wanted to excel. Despite everything, having 110 percent confidence makes all of the difference. The hardest part was just unracking the bar, but the rep itself went just fine. I just realized that you can't quite see all of the weight on the bar, particularly the 2.5 Kg plate at the end. That is unfortunate. I AIN'T NO LIAR, THOUGH. 120 Kgs MINIMUM is coming this year ??.

Despite feeling a bit tired, and out of rhythm a bit, due to life circumstances, I am pretty happy with how this went. I think this is technically the most weight I have ever pushed for reps with High-Bar squatting, as I have usually only done this variation with lower weight, and higher volume. Nothing crazy, but a sort of PR I suppose nonetheless, haha. Let's keep pushin' ??

YouTube by fiat has decided to remove the tracker for downvoting/dislikes in the name of "small creators." However, we all know the true reason why they are doing it.
YouTube is no longer for independent, regular creators anymore. It is a platform for corporate , astro-turfed, establishment approved media, and where regular, independent content creators take a back seat, and are progressively suppressed and silenced, if they do not produce what they deem appropriate.
It is time to be more pro-active in using new, unshackled media platforms, and work towards breaking the monopoly of these technocratic corporations, who don't care about the common man, AT ALL, and only about achieving their own agendas.

The fatigue is definitely setting in, I think. Weight felt super heavy today, and I just had no energy. I should have racked it after 2, but my ego got the better of me in the heat of the moment. I am going to try and finish this week as gracefully as I can, and then dial all of my training maxes back, and build back up from there.

The dreaded Bench slump continues! Cues still feel a bit off, and my unracking game was absolute garbage today, which greatly sabotaged the lift. My previous best with this weight is five reps, although I believe the last time I did it, I had my fiance give me a liftoff, which definitely would have helped me here, and I think I would have at the very least hit five if I had that this time, so I suppose that is encouraging. However, I did get four reps with 105 Kgs not too long ago, so I can definitely do better. Hopefully I can get out of this rut soon. All of the other lifts are going well, but Bench is taking a hit, right now. I'll overcome this, eventually. I always do ??
