There were several high points in close proximity I could have visited today if I had gotten an earlier start. I probably could have visited more than I did, but I decided not to make it a long hike. I'm still debating whether I show my entire experience, including all the semi-boring sections of just walking down roads. The alternative would be to just show short highlights of the hikes. I'll probably do a random, messy hybrid of long play and highlights for now. In this episode I found some interesting boulders with cool views and a rocky ridge with views on either side. For music I listen to retro video game music from the 16-bit era.

Tonight I'll focus mostly on converting more sprite sheets to animated GIFs. My brain probably isn't in the right mode to write code. If I feel inspired, I might do a bit of that too though. For music I listen to retro video game music from the 16-bit era.

My sister invited me and my parents to join her in a Bible reading plan this year. The plan goes somewhat chronologically through the Bible. There are 5 readings per week, allowing for missed days or breaks. If you wish to join along, here's the reading plan: https://www.intoyourbible.org/read-through-the-bible. If anyone is active in chat, I'll respond to messages between chapters or sections of reading. At the end I'll share a short vlog report if anything new is going on. Bible text is from the Berean Standard Bible (BSB). The BSB was generously dedicated to the public domain in 2023 and can be quoted in any form without prior permission from the publisher. https://www.bereanbible.com. I'm not a well-educated Bible answer person. Here are some resources for those with deep question about the Christian faith: https://biblethinker.org Mike Winger, https://www.gotquestions.org. May the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ guide you into all truth. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Who doesn't bake cookies at 3:30 a.m.? You'd have to be crazy to do otherwise! It took me a long time to get cameras and junk set up, that's the main reason I'm streaming at this stupid hour. I mean the best hour possible, that's what I meant to say. Unfortunately two USB extension cables attached end-to-end didn't work, so I had to go wireless with phone video. Maybe soon I'll have a good USB cable for such situations. Not that I ordered one just now or anything. Seems unlikely. For music I listen to retro video game music from the 16-bit era.

Today I'll remove books whose spines have been glued from presses. Perhaps I'll start to glue the mull and linen tape to the text blocks. Previously many narrow book presses were made, and off camera I aligned and tightened books into eight of them. Preparing more of those is another activity option tonight.

I have a few vague destinations in mind for today's hiking adventures. If any of them offer a signal, I'll stream a bit. If not, you won't know, nor will you read this text. Oh wait, no one reads these things anyway. I could write whatever junk I want in these descriptions. But why would I do that? No idea. Check. Done.
Part 1 - Today I finally remembered to bring all my streaming gear on the hike. Well, everything I wanted for this trip anyway. Namely, I brought my lapel mic attached to my wireless mic. The destinations selected were found using a very high resolution contour map, looking for high points. Some of the high points ended up being fairly ordinary mounds while others were more eventful or surprising. This will be a super long stream. It was a long hike due to challenging snow conditions. For most of the hike I wore my snowshoes. For music I listen to retro video game music from the 16-bit era.

Continuing to develop and stitch photos from my hike on Anns Butte. Wow, only got one panorama done last stream! I shouldn't hope for much more this time around. It's not quite as late at night this time, so I should be slightly more lively. My standard level of excitement is a cross between Spock, Bob Ross and Ben Stein. The ratio of influence each of those three components provides varies approximately 12% up or down. I thought my sister would be here today, or I would be driving to see her, but it turns out that will happen in a day or two. So I have time for at least one or two more streams before being too busy for it again. I might have to suddenly end my stream if someone drops by to look at stuff I have for sale. As usual, I’ll use CaptureOne to develop raw photos, Hugin to stitch panoramas, and any further editing in Affinity Photo.
