Le paprika, aussi connu sous le terme piment doux, est une épice en poudre de couleur rouge obtenue à partir du fruit mûr, séché et moulu du piment doux ou poivron (Capsicum annuum, de la famille des Solanaceae). Le terme désigne aussi le fruit en lui-même.
L'épice est utilisée en cuisine pour sa saveur âcre et légèrement piquante et sa couleur rouge.
