**The US Pentagon has admitted to keeping hold of and testing wreckage from UFO crashes in a Freedom of Information response. **
Anthony Bragalia who wrote a letter to the Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) three years ago requesting details of UFO material and tests that may have been carried out. In his Freedom of Information request, he explained: "This could include physical debris recovered by personnel of the Department of Defense as residue, flotsam, shot-off material or crashed material from UAPS or unidentified flying objects." In response, the DIA released 154 pages of results including information of a 'memory' metal called Nitinol which remembers its original shape when folded. Off the back of the response, Bragalia said what he'd received was a 'stunning admission' and one that possesses 'extraordinary capabilities'. Speaking to The Sun, he said: "The Pentagon has admitted to holding and testing anomalous debris from UFOs. They have been able to learn some things about the materials of construction which hold tremendous promise as futuristic materials which will change our lives forever."
Top Secret memo of November 21, 1951 from Wilbert B. Smith, senior radio engineer with the Canadian Department of Transportation. Smith was a highly respected employee, with a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and several patents to his credit. The memo was sent to the Controller of Telecommunications and recommended that a research project be set up. “We believe that we are on the track of something which may well prove to be the introduction of a new technology,” Smith wrote.
“The existence of a different technology is borne out by the investigations which are being carried on at the present time in relation to flying saucers.” Smith goes on to state that:
1. The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States government, rating higher than the H-bomb,
2. Flying saucers exist,
3. Their modus operandi is unknown but a concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Dr. Vannevar Bush, and
4. The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance.

Mounting Evidence For Authenticity of MJ-12 Documents Robert M. Wood, Presented at the International MUFON Symposium July 2001, Irvine, CA Abstract Ever since the first leaked MJ-12 Eisenhower Briefing Document in 1984 describing a top-secret crash recovery program, the Authenticity of UFO Documents has been questioned. With the continuing exposure of hundreds of classified pages by numerous unidentified sources, the Evidence favoring Authenticity is Mounting . This paper will update the status of the available Documents , generally what they say and provide a concise status of the issues regarding Authenticity , including the answers to those with a skeptical view. Of particular significance will be the results of research and forensic studies, including those on 22 pages on original paper, where chromatographic ink dating and other state of the art techniques clearly indicate that the Documents were likely to have been created long ago and cannot be modern high tech fakes.
Robert M. Wood 2 Introduction Last year I presented a paper titled, “Validating the New Majestic Documents.” This year’s title, “Mounting Evidence for Authenticity of MJ-12 Documents” begins where the last presentation left

In October of 2002, the Department of Defense introduced DoD 5040.6-M-1, Decision Logic Table Instructions for Recording and Handling Visual Information Material. Within this manual, it provided “guidelines for both the recording of visual information (VI) in the field by camera operators and the accessioning of such VI as VI records into a records center, such as the Defense Visual Information Center (DVIC).” It was rescinded and replaced with the DoD 5040.6-M-2, April 2005 version.
In this particular Project Blue Book case, witnesses describe multiple UFOs seen at Presque Isle State Park, Pennsylvania, on July 31, 1966. They also report indentations and even a “monster” sighting.
Project Blue Book investigators determined the lights were “unidentified” but felt the indentations were unrelated and the “monster” was a probable animal.

**Abstract**
To treat the cause of a disease and not only its effects is of the utmost importance; hence, we need to know the origin of this pandemic of COVID-19, in order to be able, if possible, to prevent an event of such a nature and magnitude in the future, and tobe able to avoid every sort of abuses to humanity, as it is happening right now. Bullet points here addressed are: 1) To have, inside the backbone of a virus from a bat (mostly ~97.55% of the viral RNA (by deducting the HIV inserts found by Perez, Montagnier and others),& as per the findings of Petrovsky, see below, and also to contrast the differences), the insertion similar to that of a pangolin virus for the Receptor Binding Domain (RBD, which basically consists of six separated key amino acids, or the0.06% of its genome for these particular 18 nucleotides), being their receptor the ACE2 of the human lung, appearing at a time (as earlier as since September of 2019), were there were already mature all of the molecular methodologies necessary to modify individual nucleotides (Crispr-Cas9, “Seamless”, etc.) that then modify at will the resulting amino acids, with the possibility to give an extra passage to the virus through ferrets (or other lab animals) that have an ACE2 very similar to the humans, to give it then a more “natural” appearance (by random trivial changes); because, had it been natural.
On 10 July 1947, Brigadier General George F. Schulgen (Chief of the Requirements Intelligence Branch of Army Air Corps Intelligence) met with Special Agent S.W. Reynolds of the FBI with a view to determining if the Army Air Force could solicit the assistance of the Bureau on a regular basis in its investigation of the UFO mystery.
Declassified FBI memoranda shows that the Bureau had been monitoring the UFO subject on an ad hoc basis in the wake of the Kenneth Arnold sighting of 1947. It was this meeting between Schulgen and Reynolds that cemented the way for a short-lived liaison between the FBI and the military in the investigation of UFO reports.
Only forty-eight hours before this now-historic meeting took place, however, the FBI was briefly implicated in what is certainly the most-talked about UFO incident in history – Roswell.
On 8 July 1947, the FBI office at Dallas forwarded a 1-page teletype message to FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, concerning the events at Roswell. It is evident, however, that the FBI was in possession of only half the story. That “half” having been supplied sometime previously by Major Edwin M. Kirton (name deleted on the FBI record originally released in 1976) of Army Air Force Intelligence at Fort Worth, Texas.
