Mogging Dean's squat on his birthday. Got below average sleep so this was more painful than it needed to be. That being said, I am still not looking forward to increasing this weight to be even heavier next week because this is kind of a pain in the ass. Also , as usual, I did another Bench Press 3x12 at 260 pounds after my squats but I'm never in the mood to record anything else after Squats on Friday's. Strong Lifts Advanced Week 6
I increased my working set weights accidentally during week 4 by 10 pounds so I increased today's working set by 10 pounds as well. I'm going to keep doing this extra weight because it will give me a better indication on whether or not I am able to max at 405 after the program.
