US and CT dilation of the wirsung and the CBDwith stone 10mm.
Discontinuation of anticoagulants, and ERCP, at 72 h.

stricture of the middle CBDt with a dilated and short wirsung, opacification of the accessory pancreatic duct from the wirsung.
a sphincterotomy is performed and a plastic stent is placed in to the CBD.
The pain disappered after the ERCP.
