AUDIO RECORDING OF INTERACTION WITH THE DEPUTIES WHO WERE ENFORCING ASSOCIATE JUDGE PHILLIP ARRIEN'S UNCONSTITUTIONAL ORDER. Note: The first 10-15 seconds are a little difficult to hear, but it gets better after that. Recently I drove to Waco, Texas, to attend a Title IV-D hearing for a friend. Once I got down there, I was told that I was not permitted to attend the hearing. According to Deputies Furrh and Poston, per the verbal instructions of Associate Judge Phillip Arrien, only people who were to appear before him - and witnesses on behalf of such people - were permitted in his courtroom. When I informed them that I was a member of the media, that I was following the case, and that the order violated the Texas Constitution pertaining to open courts, they still did not let me in. We have a HUGE PROBLEM with our courts. Many people - including Larry - have ZERO CONFIDENCE in our courts. My confidence is LESS THAN ZERO. Judges are not demigods. They are servants of we the people who are to dispense justice, not be instruments of oppression and injustice who violate our rights and destroy families. I will be filing a complaint against Associate Judge Phillip Arrien with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct against Judge Phillip Arrien. I plan to call deputies Furrh and Poston as witnesses to their not permitting me into the courtroom per what I believe was Judge Arrien's unconstitutional order. MARGINALIZATION OF A BIOLOGICAL PARENT. In some situations, a stepparent's overinvolvement or alienation of the child's biological parent can be harmful.
