HOW TO MAKE HUMMUS | I made hummus for the first time, super easy and healthy recipe!
I LOVE HUMMUS!. The best and the most versatile spread-snack you can have in your fridge. We all know that store-bought #hummus is full of preservatives and other unhealthy additives. Not to mention, the taste differs from brand to brand. So, I went on a quest to making my own, at home. From just six ingredients!!! Inexpensive and so easy to make. And let me tell you, it is DELICIOUS! #howtomakehummus @home?!

What I eat in day to lose weight. Sometimes I find it hard to keep a healthy routine when it comes to food especially if i need to prepare each meal on the spot. I managed to film this full day of eating on a day off from work at the end of August but only now got around to editing it.

‣ Matcha anyone? Here is the thing, I seriously think coffee gives me anxiety and that's SAD because I LOVE coffee so very much! But I need to replace it with something else to see if it makes a difference.
‣ I've tried matcha before but I didn't like it. Maybe because I was not ready for it :) But the time is now. I still don't like it without milk, so I've tested a few cups today, ok, two and I LOVED IT! I made it with coconut milk and it was delicious.

Ok, who doesn't love cake and berries, right? Here is an awesome, super easy to make vegan cake recipe:

2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Cane sugar or *coconut sugar, pure
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup Oil
1 1/3 cup Milk (plant based)
2 1/2 cups Berries, fresh or frozen
1 Lemons zest
???: ???? ???? ?? ????? ???????? ??? ??????, ????? ??? ??? ???? ???? ??????? ????? ???? ??????.

Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Lightly grease or line a 13x9 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine milk with vinegar in a small glass dish. Let milk sour while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, blend together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and lemon zest.
Mix in sour milk, oil, and vanilla extract until batter is smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
Evenly top the batter with mixed fruit and place into preheated oven. Bake for 45–60, or until center of cake is set and a toothpick inserted comes out almost clean (time may vary depending on your oven and if you used fresh or frozen berries.) Let cool before slicing. ?

Here are a few steps from start to finish of the self tanning routine I follow:
STEP 1
- Prepare your skin the day before you want to fake tan by making sure that you have scrubbed every inch of your body to get rid of all the dead skin.
- Afterwards, make sure you moisturize really well especially on those dry areas. This will help your tan look really natural and streak free.
- I like to tan before bed to let the self tanner work its magic for at least 8 hours. During the summer I apply 2 layers of self tanner for more intensity. It also lasts longer :)
