Ted Cruz was hit with yet another Birthright Citizenship lawsuit today. Walter Wagner filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City. Wagner told Fox 13 TV in Salt Lake: “It’s an issue that I think needs to be addressed.” Wagner’s lawsuit says that the U.S. Constitution requires the President be a “natural born” citizen: “… being ‘natural born’ … requires either birth in the U.S.A. with intentions to reside in the U.S.A. by the parents if they are non-citizens, “or birth outside the U.S.A. or its territory with both parents as U.S.A. citizens; “or birth outside the U.S.A. or its territory with one parent a U.S.A. citizen and intentions to soon after birth reside in the U.S.A. and not having intentions to have residency or citizenship in a foreign (non-U.S.A.) country….” Wagner says that at the time of Ted Cruz’s birth, both parents were seeking Canadian citizenship. “[They] were living in Canada, working as Canadians, wanting to become Canadian citizens, registering with the Canadian government to be voters,” I’m still reporting from Washington. Good evening, I’m still reporting on Trump
Full Speech: Donald Trump Rally in High Point, NC at High Point University Sept. 20, 2016
Donald Trump spoke to the students of High Point University and we were offered VIP tickets by a high official of the state party. We took her up on the offer and off we went.
It was a rather small venue - only held about 3,000 people and unlike other Trump events we've been to, it was 90% students. Very interesting crowd. Zero protesters.
Interestingly, Trump's Secret Service detail guarding Trump from a member of the crowd rushing the stage has been doubled. I counted 18 just around the stage, and I saw even more heavily-armed folks, tucked back behind the stage so as not to worry the crowd. Guys with additional 30-round clips stuck in pockets in front of their ballistic vests. Very ready for heavy action kind of guys.
Trump was very late - like 40 minutes. He only spoke for 30 minutes, which was merciful because even though we were among the half of the audience with a seat, it was a long 2-1/2 hours wait.
I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.

Obviously, the impending indictment of candidate Hillary have the political class in this city abuzz with the possibilities.
If the FBI recommends indictment, how will Attorney General Loretta Lynch not look like merely a part of the Clinton cabal in the eyes of history. If she does recommend prosecution, does Obama fire her? Do the Clinton goons start to stalk her or her loved ones?
Pretty heady stuff.
Well, former federal prosecutor Joseph diGenova says in today’s WND, that although he is 100% certain that the FBI will recommend indictment, he also believes that there is a 3rd road for the Attorney General – one which he believes there is at least a 50/50 chance of actually becoming reality – a Special Prosecutor.
In a WND article, diGenova says:
“I’m 100 percent certain the Obama Department of Justice is going to have to make a decision within the next 60 to 90 days, and the best decision would be to appoint a special counsel so the Obama DOJ cannot be accused of interfering politically in the criminal process.”
diGenova says that Clinton’s private server setup was designed to prevent public disclosures of information as per the Freedom of Information Act. However, now that the illegal server has been discovered:
“… its use by Hillary and her aides in an unencrypted mode, along with all their unencrypted personal devices, is a per se violation of the Espionage Act. It is the failure to properly store, maintain and protect classified information.”
Furthermore, diGenova says that the FBI has already established that:
“…there is a symmetry between the official acts of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her office and the speech and fundraising activities of the Clinton Foundation.”
“Charges are going to be recommended by the FBI. It is impossible for them not to, under the circumstances.”
“There are people who have lost their jobs, lost their security clearances, have been convicted of crimes, for leaving a single document out on their desks overnight.”.
“This case dwarfs, … the Petraeus case by multiples in the thousands.”
Hmmm, I agree with all that, but I’m not at all sure a special prosecutor would be a good thing?
A special prosecutor’s work could take years to wrap up – long after election 2016. Therefore, I think that’s exactly the path the Attorney General will take.

Nigel Farage crushed British Prime Minister David Cameron in last night’s head-to-head debate over the June 23 Brexit vote.
Despite many post-debate callers claiming that the debate was biased against Mr. Farage, real-time opinion sampling over a technology called Red Box showed that Farage out-debated Cameron on the issues.
Out of 2500 television viewers randomly sampled, 80% favored Brexit ahead of the debate. Both Cameron and Farage was given 30 minutes to speak. At the end of the debate, 90% of Brexit group were unmoved by Cameron’s arguments, and 94% of the Remainers were unmoved by Farage’s arguments.
However, remember, Farage was starting out with 80% of those sampled having already decided on Brexit. But on top of that, the Undecided broke heavily for Farage and Brexit.
Among undecided, 62% were swayed towards for Brexit and only 2% were swayed towards Remaining, while 24% remained undecided.
A UKIP spokesman said after the debate had concluded:
“Indeed as the half hour progressed and undecided voters heard more from Nigel, his ratings amongst this crucial group increased throughout.
"Last night was a huge win for Nigel and the Leave side with undecided voters backing the Brexit message and rejecting the government's increasingly pathetic project fear."

Still Report #R 1117 – Sen Rand Paul – Crooked Hillary Clinton Could Get 5 Years in Jail / Prison
Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky said on Thursday on the O’Reilly Factor that if Wikileaks has emails that prove that Hillary Clinton was shipping weapons from Libya to Turkey to be sent to jihadists in Syria, then she is guilty of perjury and could get 5 years in jail for lying to Congress.

Despite positive exit polling results sent to us an hour before the polls closed in Britain, according to the Daily Mail, UKIP leader Nigel Farage conceded defeat within seconds of the polls closing in Britain’s crucial Brexit vote.
Farage said he believed that the Remain side would edge the contest.
“It's been an extraordinary referendum campaign, turnout looks to be exceptionally high and looks like Remain will edge it. Ukip and I are going nowhere and the party will only continue to grow stronger in the future.”
Two late polls were released today. The YouGov poll showed Remain with 52% and Leave with 48%. The Ipsos-Mori poll showed Remain with 54% and Leave with 46%.
However, not all Leave folks agree with Farage. At this hour – midnight, London time - Senior Leave campaigner Ian Duncan Smith - the former work and pensions secretary - told the BBC says:
“I never quite follow what Nigel Farage says. I genuinely do not have a sense of how this has gone.”
Brendan Chilton, general secretary of Labour Leave, said:
“Nigel may have said that but until the votes are counted we don't really know what's happened.
“It's a bit concerning if that is the case. I obviously hope we have won.”
Mr. Chilton said his gut feeling at 10pm was that Leave would squeak out a win. He added:
“Even if we don't win, if it's close, that is a magnificent achievement.”
This is a breaking update at 01:00 hours London time, 20:00 hours Eastern. The first substantial results have just come in from Sunderland. Leave was expected to win by a 53.4% margin – it won by a 61.3% margin.
As a result, according to the Wall Street Journal, the British Pound is in free fall – down nearly 3 % in minutes as the Tories have a sudden fear attack that Brexit may yet pass.

Take our new Presidential preference poll:
Donald Trump, after extensive consultations with Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama, has just released his immigration reform plan.
Although the plan is very detailed, it is also a masterpiece of brevity – coming in at under 1,900 words. The plan is so important that I’m going to edit it down to about half with this synopsis:
The Trump Plan starts out with 3 basic core principles:
“1. A nation without borders is not a nation. There must be a wall across the southern border.”
2. “A nation without laws is not a nation. Laws passed in accordance with our Constitutional system of government must be enforced.”
3. “A nation that does not serve its own citizens is not a nation. Any immigration plan must improve jobs, wages and security for all Americans.”

Just a production note; be sure to view this report all the way to the end. There is a nice surprise for members of my generation in the last minute. But no skipping ahead, you’ll spoil it if you don’t get the context before it.
Ok. I have received 3 nice emails this morning in response to my last report concerning highly questionable caucus voting practices in one area of the state.
These 3 emails report something very different - a very disciplined and transparent system in their areas. I can’t be everywhere, so I have to rely on my reporters’ discernment of where the truth lies and I found all 3 of these emails credible. So in the interest of telling both sides of the story in order to properly present the truth to this audience, here is a report from someone whose entire family voted for Trump yesterday in the Utah caucus.
This persons wants to remain anonymous because of work issues, but I assure you that I am in direct contact with him and find him highly credible.
“Mr. Still, I completely share your horror regarding online voting. We should all push for in-person paper ballots. I go as far as to be against absentee ballots even.”
“Hopefully my experience last night will be at least partially reassuring to you.”
“My precinct was run beautifully. ID was checked, wristbands were issued and checked at the ballot box. I and all present were allowed to watch the count. The volunteers even stayed late to allow a voter with a late commute to cast his vote.”
“Our in-person tally was as follows:
130 Cruz (82%)
14 Kasich (9%)
13 Trump (8%)
1 Carson (1% - write in - not on ballot)”
“Sadly, this is representative of the statewide results. There are several explanations for this:
1) The local Mormon community is old-school conservative, think 1950's style. They are not comfortable with Trump's brash delivery.
“#2 The Mormons are very trusting of anyone who plays the Jesus card, which Lying Ted, of course, did.”
#3 Mitt Romney is held in highest esteem by the Mormons. His Cruz endorsement was a big deal here.
#4 Glenn Beck is also respected. His lunacy has not been picked up on as yet.
#5 Governor Herbert is unfortunately well-liked and endorsed Cruz with an odd, almost-endorsement of Kasich.
6) The LDS church organization did not endorse a candidate but is very much an open-borders and sanctuary-city supporting organization.
Messages from the Brethren of tolerance and charity come across as quietly anti-Trump. A case of taking Matthew, Chapter 25 all too literally, I fear.”
“All of this combined to give my precinct and the state as a whole the numbers we saw. My friend is a county delegate in another precinct and had a similar experience.”
Finally, I believe that a combination of the above explains the numbers in Wyoming and Idaho, [because of] the large Mormon populations there. They are wonderful people but are like sheep in their trust of authority and the establishment. The wolves in sheep's clothing find easy pickings here.”
Both of the other two emails reported armbands of various colors and similar reliable voter ID check-ins to prevent double voting or the once-dead voting, etc. No voter was ever allowed to touch more than one ballot.
But there is no question that Americans are beginning to worry ‘about voter integrity. It really only takes one well-publicized Iowa to shake the integrity of the entire electoral system.
But when you then have a low-integrity candidate who will do anything to win – even risking exposure -- then relying on silver-tongued snake-oil salesman oratory to confuse the very elect .... well my friends, the result could easily be …
[insert “The Music Man”, (1962), Robert Preston with lyrics by Meredith Wilson]
But seriously, we need to clean up this arcane hodgepodge of a presidential primary system and make it legitimately represent the will of the American people. Surely we can create some totally secure voting system – maybe using a combination of biometrics for voter identification and the blockchain for vote integrity.
You want something to get involved with in your state? This is it, because it’s going to have to be done on a state-by-state basis.
I’m Still reporting from Washington. Good day.
