Ted Cruz was hit with yet another Birthright Citizenship lawsuit today.
Walter Wagner filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City.
Wagner told Fox 13 TV in Salt Lake:
“It’s an issue that I think needs to be addressed.”
Wagner’s lawsuit says that the U.S. Constitution requires the President be a “natural born” citizen:
“… being ‘natural born’ … requires either birth in the U.S.A. with intentions to reside in the U.S.A. by the parents if they are non-citizens,
“or birth outside the U.S.A. or its territory with both parents as U.S.A. citizens;
“or birth outside the U.S.A. or its territory with one parent a U.S.A. citizen and intentions to soon after birth reside in the U.S.A. and not having intentions to have residency or citizenship in a foreign (non-U.S.A.) country….”
Wagner says that at the time of Ted Cruz’s birth, both parents were seeking Canadian citizenship.

According to WikiLeaks, Stephen Colbert, was a major avenue for Clinton propaganda aimed at millennials as Hillary was preparing for her 2016 presidential run.
WikiLeaks revealed on Tuesday that Colbert and his team of writers were making episodes at the request of the Clinton Global Initiative in April 2013.

It’s widely know that Hillary Clinton’s health is not good. She sometimes disappears for days off the campaign trail to rest, in hopes of being able to stumble across the finish line in one piece.
As a result, she is so highly scripted that her handlers are now even inserting cues for her fake emotions into her teleprompter.

The online news site, The Hill, first pointed out last week:
“… [that it] was unclear whether Clinton intentionally read the word or whether “sigh” was actually a cue for her to sigh audibly.”
Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill lashed out at The Hill’s assertion of some sort of fakeness being displayed by the former Secretary of State:
“ … I’m not sure your sleuthing that determined that it 'appeared' she was reading those words off the glass is reporting… [or just] … moronic."
It’s obvious that she did, indeed, read the word off the teleprompter, and, for an instant, she got confused and was not sure what she was supposed to do, so – she did both.

The British pound slumped in yesterday’s market as news that the proponents of Britain leaving the European Union are gaining momentum as the latest polls show them leading for the first time by a 3-point margin in one, and a 4-point margin in another.
On May 18, one poll showed the Remain crowd with a comfortable 18-point lead. But yesterday’s new telephone poll of over 4,000 people showed the Leave group with a 3 point lead, 45 leave to 42% stay.
Another poll done by IC put the Leave contingent ahead by 4% - 52 to 48%.
Former Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, who is now a member of parliament, pledged to deploy a tough new immigration system based on the Australian-style points system, if Brexit passes to halt the massive immigrant invasion. The latest figures show that net migration to the UK has risen to 330,000 per year.
Johnson, along with the former Secretary of State for Justice, Michael Grove – also now a member of Parliament – recently calculated that if Britain votes to Brexit, the amount of money saved would mean the British government could scrap the VAT on household energy bills.
The Brexit vote comes on June 23.

Obama Secretly Sent Iran Billions
Good afternoon, I’m still reporting on the invasion.
According to today’s Washington Free Beacon, just in the past 4 years, the Obama administration, has given Iran much more than previously disclosed in cash, gold and other assets.
According to who? According to senior Iranian officials.
Last week, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Ghasemi confirmed a report in the Dec. 30th Wall Street Journal that:
“… the total amount of money paid to Iran over the past 4 years is in excess of $10 billion.”
This is far more money than the Obama administration has admitted to in the past, and confirms critics’ accounts that Obama has been grossly underestimating the amount of money the U.S. has paid the Iranians.
According to the administration, the U.S. sent only $400 million as a super-secret ransom payment aboard an unmarked jet just one year ago, Jan. 17, 2016, to free 4 Americans who had been held in Iranian prisons for years.
As the coming collapse of ObamaCare became a certainty, President Obama had become increasingly desperate to preserve the façade of his only major foreign policy “initiative” – the Iranian ObamaNuke deal.
However, the sheer size of the asset transfers to Iran now make insiders wonder if other, more sinister, motivations may be in play.
Congressman Ed Royce (R., Calif), chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee had sponsored a bill to ban such payments. It passed the House, but failed to pass the Senate.
“Forking over cash and gold to the world’s leading state sponsor of terror is incredibly dangerous.”
According to the Wall Street Journal article, between January 2014 and July 2015, as Obama lifted years-long sanctions on frozen Iranian oil revenues from a variety of nations, that money was converted into cash and gold and sent to Iran on jets at a rate supposedly held to only $700 million per month.
According to the Journal article:
“Tehran recouped a total of $11.9 billion between January 2014 and July 2015.”
However, the real amount Obama has facilitated to be sent to Iran may never be known. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ghasemi said in today’s Washington Free Beacon that the U.S. contribution alone far exceeds $10 billion.
Other anonymous experts on the region confirmed to the Free Beacon that the $10 billion figure sent by Obama should be viewed:
“as a conservative estimate for what Iran was paid to stay at the table and negotiate [on the ObamaNuke deal].”
One veteran foreign policy insider familiar with the Iran nuclear deal explained that hiding the amounts sent to Iran was standard procedure for the Obama administration.
“This is how it always happens when the Obama administration secretly sends money to Iran.
They deny it until they’re caught, then they lowball it until they’re caught again, then they say it’s old news.”
In other words, their modus operandi – a stone wall of lies.
“In every single case where Iranian officials confirm these transfers while Obama officials denied them, it later turned out the Iranian officials were the ones telling the truth.”
The bottom line is that much of these billions of dollars sent to Iran will, no doubt, go towards funding additional regional terror operations around the world.

Good morning, I’m still reporting on the Clintons.
An Associated Press story this morning that was picked up by The Washington Free Beacon really lays out in simple terms just how bad the Clinton Foundation bribery racket was at the State Department when Hillary Clinton was at its head.
You can call it pay-for-play. You can call it quid pro quo; or you can just call it bribery. It’s all pretty much the same thing – the rich and powerful using our government to get an unfair advantage over everyone else and thereby getting even richer and more powerful.
According to the AP, Fifty-five percent (55%) of private people who got face-to-face meetings with Hillary Clinton at the State Department, or had scheduled phone meetings with her that were on her State Dept. Calendar, ended up donating to the Clinton Foundation through a variety of ways.
The total amount of giving from these 85 individuals? - $156 million – an average of $1.8 million each. How do we know this? The AP was finally able to acquire her State Department calendars 3 and a half years after she left.
But that’s not all. An additional 16 people who were either U.S. federal employees or representatives of foreign governments who were on the Clinton calendar gave an average of $10.6 million to the Clinton Foundation.
According to an analysis of the tax returns of the Clinton Foundation done by “The Federalist”, only 10% of its budget actually went towards charity.
“Hillary Clinton’s non-profit spent more on office supplies and rent than it did on charitable grants.”

Despite Hillary Clinton being able to escape prosecution on charges of espionage – or, at least, mishandling of classified information – leading Democrats fear significant damage has been done.
According Democrat members of Politico’s “Political Caucus”, those on the fence are now increasingly concerned about Clinton’s trustworthiness. According to an Iowa Democrat quoted in yesterday’s piece in the left-leaning Politico:
“This is not a win. Comey eviscerated all the excuses for Hillary and her team’s behaviors. It plays into the narrative that she can’t be trusted.”
According to a New Hampshire Democrat:
“Every adjective [Comey] used confirms the worst suspicions of those who were a wee bit squeamish about voting for her.
“I cant think of a way it could have been worse, short of an actual recommendation to indict.
“In fact, because the case appeared to be laid out for prosecution of some nature, the fact that this wasn’t recommended only seems to reinforce Trump’s charge of a ‘rigged system.’”
According to a Colorado Democrat:
“She is lucky not to be indicted, but Comey’s comments were brutal. Luckily, Trump is so undisciplined that he missed his best chances to hammer her.”
According to one Florida Democrat:
“The whole thing is baked in at this point. The damage is done. Voters already assumed the worst.”
“The only thing that could have changed anything was if she was charged with crimes. Since she wasn’t, it will have no impact.”
That comment strikes me as a bit of “whistling past the graveyard” because FBI Director Comey quite specifically noted that his comments regarded only the Clinton email and email server scandal, and specifically dodged questions about the Clinton Foundation – and didn’t even look into numerous allegations of perjury before the Benghazi Committee.
Polls will begin trickling out this weekend that will likely show erosion in Clinton’s support.

Donald Trump has been ruthlessly attacked since announcing his support for a complete ban on Muslim immigration:
“… until we figure out what the hell is going on.”
Subsequently, much of the MSM and politicians from both parties have attacked Trump calling his ban illegal and unconstitutional, it is not.
As recently as 1977, the US Supreme Court said that:
“… the power to expel or exclude aliens [is] a fundamental sovereign attribute exercised by the government’s political departments largely immune from judicial control.”
In addition, no new legislation is really needed to do as Trump suggests. The McCarran-Walter Immigration Act of 1952 gives the President the option to halt entry of any aliens or any class of aliens into the United States by issuing a simple proclamation:
“…for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants.”
This law was used during the cold war to keep Communist Party members out of the country. It was used by President Jimmy Carter to stop Iranians from entering during the Iran hostage crisis.
Many scholars and Islamic experts have warned of a clash of civilizations over this issue.
Thanks to Donald Trump, and the obvious failure of German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s “open door” immigration policy that threatens the very existence of modern-day Germany, this view has exploded across America in just a few weeks is now becoming mainstream.
Respected CNBC economist Larry Kudlow recently wrote:
"This is not my usual position. But this is a war. Therefore I have come to believe there should be no immigration or visa waivers until America adopts a completely new system to stop radical Islamic terrorists from entering the country. A wartime lockdown…."
Former presidential candidate, Patrick J. Buchanan has called the lockdown:
“… simple common sense.”
And it is. Islam has declared war on civilization, and say their most important target is the United States. It is time for the American sleeping giant to stop listening to the reassurances of President Obama and start listening to important voices like Joseph Farad and Donald Trump – before it’s too late, as it may well be for not only Germany, but the more liberal nations of Europe, such as France, Sweden and the UK.

Well, I never thought I’d say this, but thank God for George Pataki.
Why? In today’s edition of U.S. News & World Report, Patakj smacks Attorney General Loretta Lynch around for her threats against anti-Muslim speech.
This was doubled down upon by the Deadly 73 Democrats who introduced a resolution with a similar veiled threat against all who cherish and want to exercise our first amendment rights of free speech.
Shortly after Lynch’s not-so-veiled threat, Pataki took to Twitter:

This is not the way I would say it, but I support Pataki saying anything he damn well pleases as long as he’s not actually supporting murder – and he’s not here – and not supporting some sort of violent revolution against a duly elected government of the United States.
U.S. News today joined Pataki and all freedom of speech lovers in an editorial:
“Apparently the American people are now followers of Shariah Law who do not blaspheme against the religion of Islam in any way.
“This may come as news to the millions of Americans who do not subscribe to the beliefs or customs of the religion, and still feel that they have free speech rights protected by the First Amendment.”
