It’s hard not to project what your fear is about something. If you’re faced with a challenging thought or feeling, it’s important that you quickly dismantle the worst case scenario. Review your past and confirm that your previously bad moments, rarely became your worst. So if you are faced with a new circumstance that poses risk, focus on the solution first, not the potential negative effects. If your intention is to think the right thing, say the right thing and do the right thing for all parties, and that is the spirit in how you approach your pending challenge, then Universe will help you to resolve it in a loving way and reduce the pain and suffering for everyone involved. If your spirit is on loss, lack, disappointment, anger or “why me?”... then you are fueling any action in that spirit, which makes a good outcome impossible because Universe will deliver that too. People are like stars and planets.
In space, it is cold. So if you’re looking at the Sun, in space it’s just light. It’s only when you come into Earth’s atmosphere that the Sun’s light also turns into heat, among other things. So there is a special relationship between what the Sun is putting out and what the Earth is putting out and what happens when the two mix. Think of all the power the Sun must possess that our planet, the Moon, and the others in our solar system, all need the Sun in some way, and take that energy, transmute it, and then project out there own power, creating forces of attraction and repulsion between each other. And “as above, so below”. People are like stars and planets too. It’s only when another body comes into our atmosphere, and energy is shared, that change occurs. All changes in you lead to changes in everything that comes into contact with your energy field. All action creates an equal and opposite reaction. When you look out from where you are now, what do you see? Are you in a different place? What are you doing? Do you seem happy and fulfilled? Or is the projection about not being here? If your focus is on how you don’t want to be here, and it’s not specific and not so much about what you’re wanting because it’s about the exit door. Unfortunately, many of us keep ourselves in this loop because our future seeing isn’t seeing anything at all - it’s just our wish that something has changed - but it’s hollow because you brought the now to the future with you. Nothing really has changed at all. That’s why hope is forgotten sometimes because it all seems the same and we see it that way. If you’re challenged right now by this, it means you have to re-discover something here that makes you smile. It can be a really small thing or big. When you have plans - that’s good - it helps you to define and pick your direction. But when you force your plans over your intuition or against the general flow of energy, you’ll find that plans become limiting. Specifics are too specific and when certain elements don’t work out, your plans will collapse. Instead, focus on intentions. Intention will lead you where you want to go and because they involve more than just you, it allows for variations, help from others, and for energy to move with you. We often think about the worth of our home or car, but don’t necessarily consider our own worth. When considering this, think about the value you have to the people in your life. This could be family members, friends, coworkers... Then think about the worth you put on feeling fulfilled and giving your best self to the world. When we see the value of ourselves, and recognize that we are worth the effort to create a life that is fulfilling, our worth increases not only for ourselves but for those around us. Sometimes when you’re working through stressful times, that stimulus calls up in you, deep, past hurts. So the downer vibration you’re feeling now, is at the same frequency as the past hurt. So one makes it fertile for the other and that’s a simplified explanation of why it’s hard for you to get out of the funk... But once you are able, and for whatever reason, you’re now not in the negative vortex, try to be with and understand where you’re at right now - be specific so you see that maybe where you are, what you’re doing is keeping or has put you
above the frequency where the negative feelings were pulling you down. You are stabilized in this condition... what is different and natural to you? This is part of your practice and with practice, this awareness helps you to shift out of unproductive negative space faster each time you feel these frequencies. When you’ve spent too much time thinking about what to do [ in this direction ]... all the other areas of your life pay the price. If you are not getting an answer about [whatever is troubling you] it means the answer isn’t here yet. But it’s our nature that we want to stop the uncertainty we’re feeling so we keep looking. Sometimes feeling something isn’t about making it stop. Sometimes you can’t do anything to get an answer. It has to come at its own time. When you don’t have an answer about an issue, ask yourself what DO you have an answer for. You’ll find that if focus your energy there, you’re able to make a lot of progress. When that is done, look for where you have another answer, do the work, and ask again. Everyday provides something different to you and for you. It’s hard sometimes to see that because we are focused on things that have happened previously, or something we don’t have now and want. When we are looking for what’s not there, we miss what is. If we’re looking to feel a certain way, feeling love for example, then all we need to do is look for ways in which we are receiving love. You may want a certain kind of love... but that’s the problem isn’t it? We don’t need to look for a specific way or manner in which love arrives because that adds to your pain body when its not there, and thus, generates the opposite of what you want to feel. What you want is there for you, if you aren’t concerned with it’s form. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
